The board area ""Business Applications"" in Allianz Technology is responsible to run, optimize, transform and innovate the Allianz Group's global target application portfolio. HRTC - one area within the Business Products board area - is responsible for the applications for a number of central functions, notably Human Resources, Risk, Treasury, and Compliance (HRTC). Our 250 people are located in Munich, Stuttgart, Trivandrum, Pune, Bucharest and Bratislava. ~crlf~The Risk Services Platforms team, under the governance of the board area ""Business Applications"", operates, maintains and enhances the application Flexible Risk Platform (FRP). The FRP application is serviced by a multi-national Team for the customer Allianz SE/Group Risk and needs to meet challenging Service Levels~crlf~FRP application consists of a variety of micros-services, which are regularly need to be enhance to meet changing regulatory requirements. FRP is a cloud-based in-house developed application. Development and operation of the platform is executed together with a team in Allianz Technology India and external partners.~crlf~ ~crlf~For Risk Services Platforms team, based in Munich, we are looking for a motivated and committed Senior Java Developer.

##Enhancement of the application FRP following the agile/scrum methode and mastering the requirements of CI/CD and DevOps approaches~crlf~##Responsible for run, maintenance and development the application FRP, which is a cloud bases, in-house developed application~crlf~##Active support of projects (e.g. compliance with new security requirements, implementation of new software releases to meet business requirements and take benefit of the cloud capabilities)~crlf~##Assurance of application operations according to agreed SLAs.~crlf~##Incident, problem and change management incl. escalation management as 3rd Level support.~crlf~##Mentoring and guidance of Java developers as well as close collaboration with operations team located offshore at Allianz Technology India. ~crlf~##Liaise closely with our customers at Allianz SE/Group Risk.~crlf~

Qualification:~crlf~##Master degree, preferably information systems, computer science or mathematics.~crlf~Technical skills should include: ~crlf~##Event driven microservice architecture with Spring Boot, REST, Kafka, resilience topics~crlf~##Java technologies: Core Java, Jakarta EE, JPA with Hibernate, TDD mit JUnit, Serenity, RestAssured ~crlf~##Cloud based technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm~crlf~##Memory centric data grids, preferably Apache Ignite~crlf~##Operating systems: Linux~crlf~##Data bases: PostgreSQL~crlf~##Build and version control: Eclipse, Maven, Jenkins, Git~crlf~##Other tools: JIRA, Confluence, Sonar~crlf~##Profound knowledge of IT architecture (hardware, middleware, operating systems, configuration tools, network, identification and access mechanisms, etc.). Involvement in cloudification to Azure public cloud would be a benefit.~crlf~##Advanced experience of tools and processes in the area of incident, problem, change and escalation management (e.g. ServiceNow).~crlf~##Practice in agile development methods as well as CI/CD and DevOps are required~crlf~##Several years of experience in working with multi-national teams, particularly Indian teams.~crlf~##Experienced in working with external providers.~crlf~##English business fluent, spoken and written. German would be a plus.~crlf~##Very good communication skills.~crlf~##Confident in working with very demanding customers.~crlf~##Resilient, engaged, proactive, autonomous and a good team player.~crlf~##Three years minimum of relevant job experience in Java development of a fairly complex proprietary software, preferably in the area of risk or financial management for an insurance company~crlf~##Proven experience in software performance improvements and parallelization~crlf~
