The board area "Business Applications" in Allianz Technology is responsible to run, optimize, transform and innovate the Allianz Group's global target application portfolio. HRTC - one area within the Business Products board area - is responsible for the applications for a number of central functions, notably Human Resources, Risk, Treasury, and Compliance (HRTC). Our 250 people are located in Munich, Stuttgart, Trivandrum, Pune, Bucharest and Bratislava. ~crlf~ ~crlf~For HR Platforms (HRP) - one of the departments within HRTC - we are looking for a Senior Developer for SAP HCM esp. Pension Module. This includes the support and further development of a complex HR landscape based on SAP HCM, SAP Portal and hybrid integration with SucessFactors.

##Collect, analyze and check functional and technical requirements regarding technical implementation and feasibility and translate them into the technical software design~crlf~##Design, develop, test, debug, document and implement software or application components of third-party software and of operating system-related software~crlf~##Ensuring future maintainability of systems and consideration of the technical and functional environment in the overall context of software development and maintenance~crlf~##Ensuring that non-functional solution requirements are met, e.g., performance, privacy, IT security, and Ergonomics/ User Friendliness~crlf~##Ensure on time, on budget and high quality project deliverables and high customer / stakeholder satisfaction~crlf~##Set up and lead project teams and delegate tasks~crlf~

Qualification:~crlf~##College/ university degree, preferably with an Information Technology focus or equivalent.~crlf~ ~crlf~Knowledge:~crlf~##Many years of experience in SAP application development; especially desirable in SAP HCM module bAV.~crlf~##Sound knowledge of the SAP programming languages ABAP and company pension scheme~crlf~##Good understanding of SAPUI5SAP, SAP Fiori desirable~crlf~##English and German mandatory, other languages are good~crlf~ ~crlf~Skills:~crlf~##Used to and willing to work with agile teams~crlf~##Continuous learning willingness and ability in a fast moving environment~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience:~crlf~##More than 5-7 years of professional experience in application development~crlf~##More than 3-5 years of experience in SAP HCM pension module.~crlf~##Work experience in an international environment desirable~crlf~##Problem solving skills based on practice and precedent as well as ability to analyze factual information~crlf~##Ability to work fully independent and solve complex problems or situations based on multiple sources of information ~crlf~##Capability to take up responsibility and be accountable for a project or a team~crlf~
