As PMO working for the Allianz Technology B2B2C ~crlf~ Direct & Innovation, you will:~crlf~Be responsible for all aspects of budget tracking dedicated to~crlf~Barcelona Capacity:~crlf~- Develop a good understanding of eCommerce Agile Delivery and team~crlf~activities and tools used to track the delivery (Jira, timetracking tools etc).~crlf~- Establish yearly/quarterly/monthly cost plan for eCommerce GDN Barcelona across multiple fundings.~crlf~- Agree the capacity plan with delivery managers and keep it up to~crlf~date.~crlf~- On a monthly basis, track Budget/ Actuals / Forecast for each team~crlf~and funding.~crlf~- Analyze deviations and track the follow-up action.~crlf~~crlf~Advocate the accurate timetracking process within teams in Barcelona :~crlf~~crlf~- Update new resources and new projects.~crlf~- Follow-up timesheets completion by resources in Barcelona.~crlf~- Prepare time consumption and activity reportings for project managersand delivery managers.~crlf~~crlf~

2+ years Information Technology experience~crlf~2+ years of experience in similar functions.~crlf~Effective oral and written communication skills in English is Mandatory.~crlf~~crlf~
