    B2B2C is the end to end IT Service provider for Allianz Partners. Located along side the Allianz Partners business in Croydon, we support everything from telephony and the workplace environment through infrastructure, security, and application development.

  • Key Responsibilities

    The IT Service Delivery Manager will be responsible on behalf of the local UK CIO for the delivery of all IT support services for local and global platforms to Allianz Partners UK.~crlf~ ~crlf~The main objectives for the role are:~crlf~##To organize and manage service delivery for the UK operating entities in order to ensure the service runs smoothly and customer satisfaction levels are being met;~crlf~##To ensure both internal and external suppliers of services perform at an expected level of quality and to identify and drive improvement actions together with them;~crlf~##To ensure effective bi-directional collaboration and working relationships between local onsite support teams and remote service delivery teams;~crlf~##To monitor the delivered service with specific focus on defined KPIs and report regularly and accurately.~crlf~ ~crlf~This position is a stakeholder facing role, and requires that you establish and manage expectations within the business and drive the service delivery teams to achieve those expectations to a high standard.~crlf~ ~crlf~Excellent communication skills, ability to manage senior management stakeholders, a structured approach and ability to manage suppliers are key success factors for this role.

  • Key Requirements/ Skills

    Qualities and Skills Required~crlf~##Able to demonstrate the ability to undertake the above responsibilities;~crlf~##Legally able to work in the UK and available to travel on occasion if required;~crlf~##A passion for Service Improvement;~crlf~##Experience as a Service Delivery Management professional with a minimum of 3 years in a previous similar role;~crlf~##Expert knowledge of ITIL disciplines, ITIL Qualified;~crlf~##Previous experience managing teams both locally and remotely;~crlf~##Experience of managing third parties and third party delivered services;~crlf~##Service Management or Support experience in a large-scale and diverse environment of incident management, escalation procedures and related disciplines;~crlf~##Excellent leadership and people management skills;~crlf~##Excellent written and verbal communication skills;~crlf~##Excellent organizational skills;~crlf~##Willingness to support and mentor junior staff;~crlf~##Excellent customer facing/customer service skills;~crlf~##Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;~crlf~##Able to demonstrate a high degree of flexibility including shift and out of hours working;~crlf~##Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information;~crlf~##Self-motivation and able to take responsibility;~crlf~##Able to manage and prioritize tasks and time efficiently;~crlf~##Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks;
