Allianz Technology UK Branch is headed up by the Head of UK Infrastructure and primarily resides within the Infrastructure & Information Security Pillar with the aim and purpose of delivering and supporting the on-going operations within the UK OE and new technology deployments.~crlf~DR and Business Continuity Coordinator role sits within the IT Service Delivery area based in Guildford in a team that supports Service and Operations functions. The candidate will be expected to have knowledge of IT Services and Operations delivery and have previous experience of IT Business Continuity management and DR planning and coordination.~crlf~ ~crlf~##Support IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) aspects of infrastructure delivery, including Disaster Recovery.~crlf~##Ensure IT Business Continuity Plan complies with Allianz and Industry standards. Ensure BCP and associated documents are maintained and distributed to key staff on a regular basis.~crlf~##Work with the Business to ensure appropriate ITSCM arrangements are in place to support business requirements.~crlf~##Manage DR contract with Third Party providers and provide annual budget forecast for DR. Process third party invoices in a timely manner. Perform quarterly SPR (Service Performance Reviews) with third party.~crlf~##Perform annual third party reviews of critical service providers~crlf~##Manage IT Infrastructure and Workplace recovery testing. Agree scope with the appropriate business area, in line with contracted agreements, producing Management Reports and ensuing Issues are logged and rectified.~crlf~##Achieve Internal/External audit requirements.~crlf~##Improve BCM and DR processes where possible, ensuring all related processes, e.g. Change Management, Maintenance / Third Party Contracts are linked to BCM.~crlf~##Provide BCM training for IT staff, and provide scenario walkthrough testing for IT Management team.~crlf~##Represent Allianz Technology UK on AzUK Business Continuity Governance Meeting, and provide BCM consultancy for Az UK Resilience Officer and business divisions.~crlf~##Assist Project Management, Operations and Technical Consultants with BCM/DR queries, reviewing proposals and giving direction where necessary. ~crlf~##Incident and Crisis response, coordination of recovery teams and management of DR invocations in line with the core crisis units and IT management.~crlf~##Review and Approve all Change Records which have a possible impact on ITSCM. Ensure ITSCM is updated to reflect these changes as necessary.~crlf~##Provide reporting as and when necessary and ensure key documentation is in place and maintained to support BCM.

##Develop and test plans to ensure the continuity of critical business functions and minimize information loss in the event of a disaster~crlf~##Evaluate, recommend, develop, monitor and maintain IT security policies, procedures and systems~crlf~##Ensure that IT security architecture, controls, processes, policies and procedures are aligned with IT security standards and requirements for data protection, business continuity, IT service continuity and disaster recovery~crlf~

##Higher education degree in IT or comparable technical education~crlf~##Expertise in business continuity management (BCM), IT risk and IT security management~crlf~##Applying analytical thinking, methodological and conceptual as well as consulting skills~crlf~##Relevant work experience in information security, security policies, security systems and governance~crlf~##Understanding the security architecture and technical platforms~crlf~##Competence to manage tasks in demanding and unfamiliar situations with problem solving skills based on practice and precedent~crlf~##Sound and comprehensive communications skills to exchange information~crlf~
