##Head of the People Business Partner team with direct contact to the executives and Board of Management for strategic business consulting~crlf~##Representation of the People Business Partner function in projects and programs of Allianz Technology with the Board of Management and the co-determination committees~crlf~##Coordination of the global people business Partner function on an international level, among other things for people processes and people solutions~crlf~##Management of the team according to the management principles of Allianz Technology~crlf~##Drive and support a culture of continuous improvement for People processes, structures and solutions~crlf~
