The Infrastructure Managed Services is off-shored in India: there are around 30 people mainly located in Pune, and we need someone in Paris to drive the contract.~crlf~The Head of Infrastructure Managed Services will drive the off-shored contract of System Administration and ensure that the services are delivered according to the SLAs and KPIs. Main goal is to ensure that incidents and requests are processed within the agreed deadlines, and that productivity is increasing over the time via the implementation of on-premise automatization mechanisms.~crlf~The job requires proper communication skills and alignment with all stakeholders, as well as technical skills in system administration, and a very good knowledge of the Euler Hermes CMO IT landscape.

  • Key Responsibilities

    ##Ensure that the KPIs of the SLA of the Infrastructure Managed Services contract are met.~crlf~##Ensure daily follow-up of backlog of incidents and requests to be handled by IMS teams. Act as a facilitator in the coordination with the other resolving actors located in Paris.~crlf~##Lead regular Service Review Meetings with the AZ Tech India counterpart of IMS contract. Propose improvement action plans~crlf~##Coordinate, as local point of escalation in Paris, IMS complex incidents or requests by liaising with other teams (Workplace engineering, Expert Engineering..), and DevOps teams~crlf~##Monitor the IMS contract budget forecast, and ensure decrease of the perimeter years after years, and increase of productivity, according to the IT strategy of the customer~crlf~##Establish a bridge between the IMS activities, and the Command Center activities in order to ensure that both teams are complementary and working efficiently together, especially in the area of monitoring~crlf~##Implement on-premise automatization mechanisms aiming at increasing productivity for IMS~crlf~ ~crlf~Further responsibilities~crlf~##Participates to IMS contract renegotiation~crlf~##Ensure a role of back-up on Change/Problem/Incident processes~crlf~##Improve transversal operational processes involving various teams (especially IMS, Command Center, Customer Support), and deliver corresponding specifications to be implemented in Service Now~crlf~##Act as a point of escalation within GIST teams on complex incidents affecting applications, especially where a link should be established between Infrastructure and DevOps
