Head of IT Asia (m/f)
The role sits within the CTO3 org structure and is accountable for all Allianz Technology Business in Asia as the Head of IT.
##The Head of IT (Asia) is responsible for the execution of Transformation, Change, Delivery and Run of IT Services towards Allianz Technology’s customers in Asia. Operates as the trusted “Account Delivery Executive” with end-to-end accountability for the delivery and operations.~crlf~##Manages IT supply capabilities including planning, budgeting, resourcing, in line with Allianz Technology processes, aligning them with its customers’ planning cycles.~crlf~##Provides end-to-end responsibility for Asia Production Support services towards the customer, encompassing both application and infrastructure.~crlf~##Prepares and handles all customer interactions on a management level; responsible for regular account meetings with the OEs and involvement of respective IT functions for programs and production issues, knowledgeable of all current and upcoming services, accountable for coordinating all delivery.~crlf~##Supports the regional Chief Technology and Transformation Officer (CTO) by managing the relationship with designated OEs; escalates when needed; is the owner of the agenda and the planning between the OE and the CTO; tracks actuals against plan, coordinates corrective actions when needed.~crlf~##Accountable for the end-to-end delivery of Asia BMP program (Core Insurance Platform) and execution of GEARSHIFT Transformation program for Application Service transition.~crlf~##Responsible for the Branch & customer P&L, i.e. Revenues and P&L of all AZ Technology services delivered to the OE along with other commercial activities such as approving and validating client contracts, providing financial status, and implementing systems for analyzing, verifying, and reporting.~crlf~
##20 Years of experience, with a focus on IT and general management, ideally with IT Shared Services experience and a strong knowledge of the insurance industry and P&L management experience.~crlf~##Able to work effectively in a global matrix and lead teams through influence management.~crlf~##Demonstrated knowledge of modern technology and Digital business models; Digital marketing, application delivery techniques including AGILE delivery, Cloud, DevOps and API integration strategies. Broad understanding of delivery and operations for both Infrastructure and Applications.~crlf~##Good working knowledge of ITSM and related tools and processes. Familiarity with IT Governance and controls (e.g. IT General Control / COBIT 5) and related tooling.~crlf~##Advanced understanding of Shared Services, arms-length operating models; Experience operating in a commercial Account Delivery position, strongly focused on customer satisfaction. Demonstrated experience leading large scale international Technology transformation / change programs.~crlf~##Strong negotiation and networking skills, excellent "client" relationship at C-level; Possessing analytical thinking and methodological planning techniques; Solid business judgment and advances problem solving skills; Ability to influence and steer executive peers.~crlf~##Strong inter-cultural and communication skills, able to deal easily with ambiguity and manage a diverse group of global and local stakeholders. Demonstrated organizational development success including training, developing, coaching, mentoring and mediation skills; Diversity Champion.~crlf~
