We are looking for talented individuals who are committed to excellence and dedicated to ensuring we continue to be the first choice in front end development for the Allianz Group. ~crlf~ ~crlf~You will be responsible for all HR topics at Allianz Technology Thailand, e.g. recruiting, talent, training, leadership development as well as rewards and performance. In addition, you will be the first point of contact for our local management team and support our local people managers and employees in a challenging and fast changing business environment. You empower your team of 12 experts to carry out tasks independently and foster team dynamics according to Allianz People Attributes (Entrepreneurship, Collaborative Leadership, Trust, and Customer & Market Excellence). Furthermore, you will also work closely together with the global HR team at Allianz Technology headquarters in Munich, Germany.

Strategic initiatives~crlf~##Drive key HR topics including support of broader change and transformation initiatives across the business ~crlf~##Develop and execute local HR strategy based on global Allianz Technology and HR strategic priorities~crlf~##Assess local HR implications of the business strategy and identify opportunities to further meet business needs~crlf~ ~crlf~Change management~crlf~##Provide advice and coaching to senior management on organizational change and people management issues~crlf~##Act as a business partner and consult on strategic discussions directly with senior business leaders, ~crlf~ ~crlf~Key HR topics~crlf~##Drive Talent Management activities locally, e.g. Talent Discussions, development programs and succession planning~crlf~##Support implementation of consistent recruitment processes and tools ~crlf~##Proactively support the implementation of consistent learning and development processes and tools ~crlf~##Drive the consistent implementation of a strong performance management process and culture~crlf~##Develop and execute local and global compensation policies, and coordinate annual bonus and salary review processes~crlf~ ~crlf~Leadership and relationship building~crlf~##Provide the local HR team with guidance on the overall strategic picture and how their targets are aligned to it~crlf~##Empower the local HR team to run stable HR operations for a fast growing organization~crlf~##Build and maintain good relationships with internal and external parties~crlf~##Collaborate in a global matrix environment~crlf~

##8-10 years’ of experience in HR, ideally in HR of an IT company in Thailand. ~crlf~##Preferably, you have a master’s degree or equivalent in an HR subject, Economics or Law~crlf~##You have deep expertise in employment, labour law. Strong experience in dealing with immigration in Thailand. ~crlf~##You’re able to drive topics forward, adapt to an evolving digital context and embrace agile working~crlf~##With excellent communication skills, you are proactive, diplomatic and able to build relationships with people at every level of the global organisation~crlf~##You have gained experience in leading HR teams within a global environment~crlf~##You are able to negotiate in English ~crlf~
