We are looking for candidates to join our team of experts in Wallisellen, Switzerland and help drive this exciting global category.~crlf~ ~crlf~The Global Software Procurement Team in Zurich (Wallisellen) is the key contact for all strategic software-related procurement activities of the Allianz Group worldwide. This highly professional and international team identifies opportunities in global supply markets while ensuring alignment with stakeholders to support business objectives. ~crlf~ ~crlf~Leading global negotiations for software contracts with significant volumes, recommending strategic direction to maximize growth opportunities and establishing relationships with more than 30 operating entities across the globe is our daily business. ##Lead the planning and execution of demand collection at global level~crlf~##Design a global category strategy together with the global procurement leadership and business stakeholders. Facilitate implementation of the approved sourcing strategies~crlf~##Work actively on the development and management of a supplier portfolio~crlf~##Setup tenders and lead processes for group wide contracts in alignment with internal stakeholders e.g. Finance, Legal and key representatives from global entities~crlf~##Ensure that engagements with suppliers are handled according to respective business best practices in the interest of Allianz~crlf~##Manage and guide operational activities along the value chain of the procurement process (such as the use of the procurement toolkit, operational procurement delivery, catalogue management, contract management)~crlf~##Implement standards and optimize processes in the area of IT software licenses~crlf~##Participate in the execution and preparation of market studies, benchmarks and analysis~crlf~##Communicate and coordinate activities with the Allianz Management, internal business stakeholders and with suppliers~crlf~

##University degree in business economics or business engineering or equivalent~crlf~##Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in strategic procurement with focus on software~crlf~##Good knowledge of contract law for software and licenses (e.g. license matrix, maintenance solutions)~crlf~##Knowledge of different negotiation methods and initial experiences in the independent conduct of negotiations~crlf~##Knowledge of project management~crlf~##Fluent in English - German or other language skills are an advantage~crlf~##First experiences in working within a globally operating group~crlf~##Experience in the financial industry (insurance, bank)~crlf~##Safe handling of MS-Office and SAP / R3 (MM module) and procurement specific tools like SAP Ariba~crlf~##Strong communication skills in combination with customer orientation~crlf~##Number affinity, analytical skills~crlf~##Strong target orientation and self-initiative with the ability to coordinate complex issues~crlf~##Real team player with high commitment who takes ownership and acts proactively~crlf~
