Global HR Business Partner with leadership responsibility (m/f/d) - Limited Contract (15 months)

As global HR Business Partners we act as the central interface to our employees and offer strategic consultation on all HR related topics. We offer our customers operational excellence, ensure smooth employee journeys, contribute to the overall organizational development and guarantee successful people integration in M&A projects. As Global HR Business Partner you can contribute to the development of one of the most exciting places at Allianz Group.
##Act as strategic partner and key contact to the respective line managers and business leaders in the assigned business areas on HR tasks, processes and tools and actively foster awareness of relevant interdependencies~crlf~##Provide HR consultancy and guidance on HR issues and coordinate and steer HR processes on a global & local level~crlf~##Steer and coordinate HR topics on an international level by leading in matrix the local HR professionals in our countries (US, UK/Ireland, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, IberoLatam, Hungary/Slovakia and Singapore) and act as contact to the respective Executive Management Team member~crlf~##Manage people integration projects in close cooperation with local and central M&A project teams~crlf~
##Higher education degree in business administration, economics, law, psychology, sociology, etc. or equivalent work experience ~crlf~##Experience in HR and integration projects~crlf~##Business acumen and ability to manage customer relationships with assertiveness and proactive consulting also at C level~crlf~##Knowledge of the HR value chain and how an HR organization works (e.g. Ulrich model)~crlf~##Experience in organizational transformation and change management ~crlf~##Proven process and project management experience ~crlf~##Ability to work fully independent and solve complex problems or situations based on multiple sources of information ~crlf~##Capability to take up responsibility and be accountable for a project or a team~crlf~##Strong team and collaborative spirit~crlf~
