Key Responsibilities~crlf~-Manage proactively SAP CCoE “Information Management” service to run smoothly, ensuring effective collaboration with all stakeholders, including:~crlf~oIdentification, alignment and publication of CCoE- related content~crlf~oOrganize and moderate CCoE events (onsite and virtual), eg SAP CCoE Virtual Café ~crlf~oDevelop the “Global SAP Community” on the Intranet (Allianz Connect) ~crlf~oManage technical support enquiries directed to the central CCoE Group Mailbox~crlf~oConduct the annual CCOE customer survey~crlf~oIdentify process improvements and support smooth collaboration with other Allianz Technology business units, service owners and customers~crlf~~crlf~-Serve as information management interface to SAP representing Allianz needs and priorities to ensure aligned collaboration with external partner~crlf~-Manage CCoE-related global events, eg SAP Finance Community~crlf~-Increase customer awareness of CCoE added-value in and outside Allianz Technology ~crlf~-Support driving NPS participation and promoters for CCoE-related services~crlf~~crlf~

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience:~crlf~~crlf~-Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related area~crlf~-3+ years of working with SAP environments is a must~crlf~-Knowledge of SAP technologies, products and services~crlf~-5+ years experience in a corporate environment is desirable~crlf~-Experience in IT Project management is desirable~crlf~-Experience in cross-functional teams in international environments is desirable~crlf~~crlf~Required skills:~crlf~~crlf~-Customer-oriented~crlf~-Proactive, solution-oriented approach~crlf~-Strong communications skills~crlf~-Team player~crlf~-Technical expertise is a plus~crlf~-Fluent in English, both, spoken/written required~crlf~-German language skills is a plus~crlf~-Willingness to travel (est. 5%-10%)~crlf~~crlf~
