    The Corporate Communications Team located in Munich, Bucharest and Trivandrum with a network around the world targets employees inside the unit as well as the entire Allianz Group and manages various channels, in particular the intranet and events. In addition, our team advises and supports colleagues in matters involving their own communications.

  • Key Responsibilities

    ##Develop and lead an effective communication plan and ensure appropriate communication for designated projects and activities in line with the overarching corporate communications strategy~crlf~##Handle the communication activities with Allianz Technology employees and establish and cultivate the dialog with internal and external stakeholders~crlf~##Focus on key projects that require intensive change communications aligned with broader change management plan

  • Key Requirements/ Skills

    ##At least 5 years professional experience~crlf~##University degree in relevant field (language, literature, other humanities, journalism, PR)~crlf~##Strong writing and language skills~crlf~##Very strong English and German ~crlf~##Enthusiastic and innovative~crlf~##Team orientation~crlf~##Competence to manage tasks in demanding and unfamiliar situations with problem solving skills based on practice and precedent~crlf~##Ability to cooperate efficiently with clients and different departments as well as willingness to support new team members
