    Allianz Consulting is the inhouse consulting unit of Allianz with presences in Germany, Singapore (APAC hub), France and Italy. The engagements cover the entire insurance value chain. We provide multiple services, e.g. project management, process improvement, target operating model design, market research, trainings. Our team in Singapore is consisting of 20 highly motivated, dedicated and open minded people. We cover 9 nationalities and 13 languages. We are team players who collaborate strongly to ensure successful project work and further development of the team. We cover projects driven by the region as well as by the Allianz Group. We serve as a talent greenhouse for Allianz.~crlf~ ~crlf~##The Role:~crlf~ - Support the overall achievement of all targets and results by achieving collective agreed team revenue, cost and profit targets including relevant KPIs. ~crlf~ - Ensure the content leadership of client projects as well as ensuring a strong focus on customer development. Ensure that the project team is functioning effectively, has SMART targets and meets its collective targets. In case of leading internal teams: Ensuring solving of HR matters, setting appropriate targets, career builders and follow up. ~crlf~ ~crlf~##Responsibilities:~crlf~ - Provide consulting services to assigned clients. Drive appropriate staffing with Allianz Consulting. Ensure high motivation of staff through coaching and conflict resolution. Act as stand-in for the Head of AZC APAC as required and perform tasks on behalf of the Head of AZC APAC as directed, provide support to OEs and Group Centers to implement AZ Group initiatives, change management and business improvement.~crlf~ ~crlf~##Our Mission:~crlf~ - Drive Change, Grow People, For Allianz

    ##Analyze and determine client requirements and expectations, hereupon develop and deliver innovative solutions that are aligned with the client's strategy and processes~crlf~##Support clients to successfully navigate through critical businesses changes and address complex issues~crlf~##Lead and manage the project and/or internal team in order to achieve successful completion of all set targets~crlf~##Support the on-the-job and longer-term career development plans for all team members~crlf~##Provide content leadership of projects to clients by also delegating responsibilities to team members, synthesize conclusions and deliverables, anticipating obstacles and finding solutions by focusing on clients satisfaction~crlf~##Focus on client development by becoming a trusted advisor to main clients, understand clients’ needs and support the resolving of issues. Anticipate and suggest potential projects according to the clients requirements. Prepare project pitches~crlf~##Support business development and/or quality management education through training facilitation
