Our customers are Allianz companies across the globe, to which our more than 2,500 employees offer innovative, top-quality products and services in the fields of IT, Services and Operations.~crlf~ ~crlf~AGN Service Manager Frontend Lead towards AZ Technology CSG 4 (France, Benelux and MENA): As member of Allianz Technology France and in his/her capacity as lead for AGN Service Management Frontend function towards CSG 4 (France, Benelux and MENA), he/she will take care of end-to-end AGN service lifecycle management, providing direct and focused interfaces to CSG representatives in AZ Technology, as well as managing his/her day-to-day business relationship with key stakeholders from OEs that is scope to CSG 4, focused on improving perception of AGN services by delivering concrete results from his/her activities in support to OEs in scope, while being fully in charge of customer relationship management and reporting. In this role, he/she will report to AGN Service Management Frontend Lead that is based in Munich, Germany.

  • Key Responsibilities

    ##End-to-end AGN service lifecycle management, providing direct and focused interfaces to CSG representatives in AZ Technology, as well as managing his/her day-to-day business relationship with key stakeholders from OEs that is scope to CSG 4~crlf~##Customer relationship management and reporting~crlf~##Manage project plan of activities and related priorities with involved CSG 4 and OEs representatives~crlf~##Discuss about AGN service KPIs and SLAs with involved CSG 4 and OEs representatives~crlf~##Discuss about AGN service pricing with involved CSG 4 and OEs representatives~crlf~##Escalation management~crlf~##Risk and issue management~crlf~ ~crlf~Further responsibilities~crlf~##Improve perception of AGN services by delivering concrete results from his/her activities in support to OEs in scope (f.e. typical measure can be annual NPS survey, etc.)~crlf~##Stay always in close alignment and coordination with AGN Service Management global team

  • Key Requirements/ Skills

    a) Qualification, Certification and Experiences~crlf~##Technical background on IT networking infrastructure service at Large Enterprise level is required~crlf~## Knowledge and experience on AGN portfolio of services is preferable~crlf~## Fluency in French, English is required~crlf~## Fluency in Arabic is preferable~crlf~##Availability to travel across countries in scope to CSG 4 for business purposes is required~crlf~ ~crlf~b) Skills and Competencies~crlf~##Reliable with high level of accuracy ~crlf~##Team player and ability to work under pressure with advanced level of self-organization and initiative~crlf~##Good communication and relationship building skills; Excellent ability in English language (oral and written)~crlf~ ~crlf~Desired requirements /skills /experience~crlf~##Any technical certification on networking is preferable (e.g. CCNA, CCNP, etc.)
