    The department Digital Interaction steers and bundles the international portfolio for the introduction of strategic platforms in the areas of web portals (oneWeb & oneMarketing), mobile applications (oneMobile) and communication (Connect).~crlf~ ~crlf~Goal of the department is to implement strategic projects together with the organizational units of the Allianz as well as to create synergies for the Allianz through harmonization of platforms.~crlf~ ~crlf~Digital Interaction offers you a unique career chance to shape the digitalization initiative of the Allianz and to be in contact with international and higher level management.   • Key Responsibilities

    ##Consult and analyze frontend requirements with design engineers and digital marketers~crlf~##Build AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) frontend components based on design specifications and a living style guide~crlf~##Perform code reviews, audits and merge pull requests~crlf~##Integrate single page applications and provide integration patterns based on AEM~crlf~##Partner with Product Owners to align the roadmap with the technical design and the IT strategy of the Allianz Group~crlf~##Implement and promote best practices around DevSecOps (Security, Test Automation, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Containerization)~crlf~##Promote and establish Software Craftsmanship~crlf~##Design and implement secure web-based applications based on modern software frameworks and open-source standards~crlf~##Develop and manage effective collaborative relationships with other departments, groups, peers, and customers (business, security, infrastructure)~crlf~##Drive the digital transformation of the Allianz Group in a community-based approach (meetups, engineering guild)~crlf~##Collaborate in a solid and deescalating way in taskforce situations

    ##Agile mindset~crlf~##Academic degree in the areas of computer science, business informatics or similar professional experience~crlf~##Fluent spoken and written English.
