##Degree in business innovation, social economics, psychology, social fields or design related fields~crlf~##You have 5+ years of experience within the following:~crlf~##product management, innovation consulting, user research or as a product owner (m/f/d)~crlf~##Business transformation (strategy and implementation)~crlf~##Developing of at least one of these user-centered digital products: User research/ Prototyping/ User flows/ Testing~crlf~##Track record in implementing large transformation projects (e.g. hackathons, design sprints, ideation contests) ~crlf~##Workshop Facilitation ~crlf~##Got in touch with one or more of these Business Innovation Programs: Consulting/ Facilitation/ Team-Member~crlf~##Knowledge of market trends and new technologies~crlf~##Agile mindset ~crlf~##Familiar with these Product Innovation Methodologies: Design Thinking/ Lean Start-up~crlf~##Fluent in English; German would be a plus~crlf~
