The objective of Talent & Development is to plan, design and implement appropriate development measures and tools to promote and retain talent and establish sustainable succession planning and development. This is done in line with the corporate strategy and objectives, to effectively and sustainably support the company's success. The Talent Manager role has the responsibility to set up career development strategies and mechanisms across diverse seniority levels and then implement them globally as well.~crlf~##Responsible for the holistic global talent management strategy and its implementation in Allianz Services, which spans across all seniority levels. ~crlf~##Design and implementation of global career models as well as further development, implementation and execution of global talent management processes in close collaboration with the HR teams of the global Allianz Services locations (e.g. Romania, India, Mauritius, Germany).~crlf~##This includes the conception and execution of talent discussions for succession planning and potential identification purposes, as well as the set-up and holistic management of development centers.~crlf~##Setting up and managing efficient processes across all locations~crlf~##Supporting talents and managers in their individual development needs~crlf~##Conducting workshops, seminars, trainings and consultations~crlf~##Use available system data to derive appropriate focus topics for effective talent management via analyses~crlf~

##Successfully completed studies - preferably with a focus on (economic) psychology, business administration or comparable background~crlf~##6-10 years of experience in Talent Management, especially in the following areas: Creation of concepts, personnel development, training, consulting~crlf~##Profound knowledge in organizational development (e.g. employee surveys)~crlf~##International work experience, intercultural awareness and sensitivity~crlf~##Advanced experience in project management~crlf~##Strong analytical skills~crlf~##Proven interpersonal skills~crlf~##Strong communication skills with all levels of an organization~crlf~##Very strong conceptual skills~crlf~##Fluent in English ~crlf~##Strong IT skills in the use of MS Office and SAP (SuccessFactors)~crlf~
