##Accounting entries considering posting details and cash discount terms~crlf~##Audit compliant filing of invoices ~crlf~##Managing internal charging and dunning cases~crlf~##Administering contracts and other documents ~crlf~##Leading Central Service Pool consisting of work students~crlf~##Other administrative support (e.g. ensuring correct IT-Inventory, making office orders)~crlf~
Qualification:~crlf~##You are studying for a Bachelor’s degree in economics or comparable studies throughout the entire duration of the position (at least one year).~crlf~##You are available for 15 hours per week.~crlf~##German language at least level of B2 is needed.~crlf~##Proficient level of English is essential.~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience and Key skills:~crlf~##You are a self-starter with a strong can-do attitude and like to work in a team in fast-paced and changing environments.~crlf~##You have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. First experience with SAP is a plus.~crlf~~crlf~
