Working Student (m/f/d) for Global Information Technology Platform Management
Our aim is to guard the overall global HR IT systems landscape for Group HR so that our employee data are securely stored and managed and any system related activities are in line with the Group HR IT strategy. Additionally we oversee the overall HR process landscape to ensure that the data flow within these processes is lean and secure. We also manage the HR IT budget, which means we are here to monitor and manage daily run of each of the HR platforms and ensure it meets Group HR needs and performance standards. We also oversee any activities and projects relating to system change or optimization to continue improving on the end-user experience and better support evolving functional requirements.
##Assist AZ SE Platform Managers to partner with Centers of Expertise to develop and deliver solutions through the HR IT systems especially SAP SuccessFactors that supports Performance Management, Compensation Management, Talent Management, Administration in HR , Learning Management and Recruiting processes and programs~crlf~##Develop and maintain FAQ's, support the team with communicating system and process enhancements and issue notifications ~crlf~##Support processes implementation and system improvements~crlf~##Assist with monitoring of internal service provider performance and service delivery~crlf~##Support Group HR access rights management and monitoring process ~crlf~##Work closely with the team to resolve issues and strive for enhancements~crlf~##Supports in Project Management Office tasks~crlf~
Qualification~crlf~##Currently enrolled as student in economics, law or business (informatics/engineering)~crlf~##Proficiency in MS Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and willingness to dig into new Information Application Platforms like MS Teams~crlf~##Excellent written and spoken English (German is a plus)~crlf~##Previous experience in HR/ IT environment or project management (through internships) is a plus~crlf~~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience & Key Skills:~crlf~##Well organized, proactive, team-player~crlf~##Analytical thinking, careful work and a high level of communication skills~crlf~##Capable to work in multi-cultural teams~crlf~
