Support the regular ITRM monitoring and oversight activities:~crlf~##Analysis of ITRM data in the ORGS System, including assessment of the level of detail granularity~crlf~##Generate IT Risk Reports from the ORGS System~crlf~##Correct incorrect IT risks-related data in the ORGS System~crlf~ ~crlf~Support in the quarterly closing process for Group and Allianz SE Holding:~crlf~##Generate & review the ORGS' IT Loss Reports and follow-up with OEs where needed~crlf~##Prepare documents (&/or presentations) sythesizing the results of the ORGS data analysis~crlf~ ~crlf~Support other daily business tasks:~crlf~##Update training-related documents for the IT Risk Management process~crlf~##Conduct ORGS Training on IT risks to OEs~crlf~##Communication with OEs to help support them in improving their ORGS data documentation~crlf~##Oversee all-logistic related responsibilities for ITRM-related meetings, trainings and workshops~crlf~

Qualification~crlf~##Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in a related field of study (such as Finance; Financial Mathematics; Actuarial Science; Mathematics; Statistics; Econometrics; Economics; Information Technology or similar).~crlf~##Strong command of Excel and analysis tools ~crlf~##Good English language skills; German is a plus~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience & Key skills~crlf~##Experience in the Insurance; Risk Management and/or Information Technology industry is strongly preferred ~crlf~##High level of commitment and interest to work in a dynamic and demanding environment~crlf~##Self-motivated, strong analytical (including synthetization of detailed data into high level summaries), organizational and communication skills~crlf~##Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment~crlf~##A communicative and collaborative mindset is an absolute must~crlf~
