Working Student for Data Intelligence (m/f/d) in Group Data Analytics
Group Data Analytics (GDA) is a department in Allianz’s global headquarters. We are responsible for shaping Allianz’s strategic agenda for Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI), and executing Data Analytics and AI solutions at scale, across the entire Allianz Group. We work closely with our colleagues driving the new global business model (Allianz Customer Model), to scale the impact of analytics and AI in Claims, Sales, and Operations. We co-develop reusable assets with OEs across the world and work on strategic business intelligence projects to improve data-driven decision-making. ~crlf~ ~crlf~We believe that our long-term success also rests on enabling the business and empowering employees to adopt Data Analytics and AI. We do this by creating transparency on AI capabilities and assets, providing expert knowledge to local data science teams, working towards common architecture and coding principles, and running communities of practice. ~crlf~ ~crlf~We are looking for candidates to join us as working students in the Data Intelligence (DI) team of Group Data Analytics. The Data Intelligence team drives data fitness and optimizes data usage in Allianz to leverage its full potential. You will be working in an interdisciplinary team together with our Data Hunters, BI Experts, Business Analysts and Insurance Experts. It is an opportunity to apply your formerly acquired skills, while broadening horizons in the world of data and analytics and to learn first-hand how data is crucial to improve and transform insurance.
##Assist in developing and maintaining material and communication about DI activities and projects (slides, guides), as well as intranet presence~crlf~##Assist in various project management tasks, e.g. stakeholder management, preparation of meetings and follow-up documentation, keeping track of to-dos~crlf~##Support team members in their content-related tasks~crlf~##Research content inside and outside of Allianz on challenging data topics (thought leadership)~crlf~##Run team management related tasks, e.g. organizational set-up of the team, administrative tasks, team events, etc.~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~
Qualification:~crlf~##Student in Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics or other relevant fields~crlf~##Finished bachelor is a plus~crlf~##Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus~crlf~##Proficiency in MS Office and Office365~crlf~##Basic understanding and/or strong interest in data and advanced analytics (machine learning, data science, AI)~crlf~##Experience in project management a strong plus~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience & Key Skills:~crlf~##Prior internships in consulting/PMO/ insurance are a plus~crlf~##Good organization and communication skills~crlf~##Quick on your feet~crlf~##Attention to detail~crlf~##Collaborative attitude ~crlf~~crlf~
