The HR Transformation project focuses on the delivery of 3 major components:~crlf~ ~crlf~1) The SuccessFactors rollouts - SuccessFactors is a cloud-based platform that will serve as the foundation for the Global HR Transformation system. The following models are in scope of the SussessFactors Rollout: Employee Central, Learning Management Systems, Performance Management, Talent Management, Compensation, variable Pay, Recruiting, Onboarding and SuccessFactors Analytics.~crlf~2) The Enabling Technology Tools which have been added to the scope to achieve productivity gains and the desired user experience.~crlf~3) ‘MyHR Portal’ (built by AZ Tech) which will enable the employees access to the relevant and most up-to-date HR documentation using a Google-like search function, and CHRIS, our new Allianz HR Chatbot (leveraging AI for continuous learning).~crlf~ ~crlf~The Transformation Manager plays a key role in the steering of the HRT roll outs, working closely together with Allianz OEs, Allianz Technology, additional IT providers and providing guidance to colleagues from the local Rollout team. ## Accountable for assigned HRT rollouts ensuring delivery on time, at quality and in budget from the existing HR environment into the new HRT target operating model (Process & Technology)~crlf~## Project management ensuring efficient setup and management of HRT rollout activities including establishment and management of rollout project governance (e.g. country and/or OE Steering Committee)~crlf~## Day to day steering and support of local project management (including project plan maintenance, prioritization of activities, risk and issue management including mitigations and escalation) ~crlf~## Review and assessment of international/entity specific change requirements due legal, fiscal and regulatory requirements and evaluation of budget implications~crlf~## Support project team on meeting preparation, documentation and follow ups ~crlf~## Consults OEs in overall target operating model solutions supported by central Solution Integration team and ensures target solution is signed-off by steering committee~crlf~

Qualification~crlf~##Strong academic track record; University degree preferably in economics, business administration, IT or similar~crlf~##Project management (classical & agile) / SCRUM~crlf~##Excellent command of written and spoken German and English; other language(s) a plus~crlf~##Advanced MS Office skills~crlf~##Passion for Operations / IT / Digital innovation / Transformation topics~crlf~##Consulting background~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience & Key skills~crlf~##3 - 5 years working experience~crlf~##2 - 3 years experience in managing Change / Transformation / Rollout projects~crlf~##Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail~crlf~##Ability to work efficient and drive high-quality results~crlf~##Proven team player with problem-solving and conceptual capabilities~crlf~##Very strong communication skills and confidence in daily interaction with management~crlf~##Knowledge in Success Factors / HR-Processes a plus~crlf~##Proven experience in an international environment with excellent cross-cultural skills~crlf~
