Your main responsibilities as a Team Assistant will be in the Head office of the Group Taxation Department. The role in addition, will include responsibilities and support also for the office of Group Actuarial, Planning and Controlling.~crlf~ ~crlf~Key Responsibilities for the Group Taxation Department~crlf~##Support as a vacation replacement for the Personal Assistant for the Head of Group Tax~crlf~##Support the administration of tax auditors and business partners~crlf~##Support the team with SAP and HR time record system duties~crlf~##Meeting and Event Management responsibilities for the department~crlf~##Office management and Administrative Support (workplace & IT, office, travel, meetings, events, files)~crlf~##Billing (booking invoices and reimbursements via payment workflow, following up with bookkeeping issues in SAP, managing our invoicing tools within the Group Tax Department to service our respective office entities)~crlf~##Coordination of IT infrastructure tasks (user group, access rights and software management)~crlf~##Maintanance of Group Tax library ~crlf~##Onboarding newcomers~crlf~##Managing Group Tax department internal intranet Connect pages and supporting internal control functions.~crlf~ ~crlf~Key Responsibilities for the Group Acturial, Planning, and Controlling Department (GAPC)~crlf~##Support as a vacation replacement for the Personal Assistant for the Head of GAPC~crlf~##Organize and administer the Group Acturial, Planning, and Controlling Finance Forum~crlf~

Qualification~crlf~##At least 5 years of professional experience as a Personal or Team Assistant or in a related field.~crlf~##Fluent in German as well in English~crlf~##Experience in computer literacy (Microsoft Office 365) ~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience & Key skills~crlf~##Very good communication and organizational skills with attention to detail~crlf~##You have the ability to work flexible and result oriented~crlf~##High level of reliability, dedication and commitment~crlf~
