Workplace also plays a key strategic role in the New Work Model Program by providing digital tools and home office IT equipment.In that spirit, the Strategic Workplace Services Portfolio Manager is working together with many colleagues across Allianz to build a modern, user-centric, integrated workplace platform that drives experience and productivity for our employees around the globe. ~crlf~ ~crlf~Strategic Workplace Services Portfolio Management is a function within the Technology Architecture & Innovation (TAI) department in H4's Group Technology & Architecture (GTA) area. Service portfolio management ensures that the right mix of IT services is offered to serve the needs of the Allianz business units in the best possible way. It governs investments in services across the organization and manages them to achieve business value through the development of new services as well as optimizing, evolving and/or retirement of existing services.~crlf~ ~crlf~The Strategic Workplace Services Portfolio Manager collaborates closely with other CTO functions (especially IT Architecture, Group ISO), IT-related decision bodies, with CIOs of all Allianz Operating Entities (OEs) on the IT demand side, as well as with Allianz Technology SE as the Group’s strategic IT supplier, and ensures close alignment of all involved stakeholders in the strategic service portfolio management process. The role is truly global, working closely with executives, subject matter experts and end users, covering a broad range of topics reaching from strategy, innovation and architecture to security, legal and compliance matters.

##Manage the "Future Workplace Strategy" and related key artifacts (Workplace Domain and Capability Map, Personas / User Segmentation) as living documents in close alignment with other key IT governance documents (Allianz IT Strategy, Allianz Functional Rule for Information Technology, Allianz Functional Rule for Information Security, etc.)~crlf~##Act as the Global IT Service Owner for mandatory and directional shared IT Service in the workplace area, as assigned by the Head of GTA, i.e. monitor and review these IT Services within the IT Service Portfolio throughout the full life cycle of the IT Services~crlf~##Collaborate with OE Workplace Demand Managers, Product Owners in AZ Technology, and other subject matter experts in the global Workplace Advisory Board (WAB) and its subgroups~crlf~##Regularly review business requirements and perform market analyses to ensure that key trends and developments are captured early and fed into service pilots / updates to the service portfolio~crlf~##Interact with business and IT executives and senior managers on a regular basis, translating business requirements into specific IT capabilities, and being able to demonstrate the concrete benefits and business value of the services included in the workplace portfolio ~crlf~##Support steering and implementation of ongoing strategic initiatives~crlf~##Ensure alignment and consistency of workplace services with related IT infrastructure services, mainly in the areas of data center, network and security services~crlf~##Serve as escalation point for Allianz OEs (demand) as well as AZ Technology (supply), facilitate solution finding in a moderated process, e.g., formal H4 Exception Process~crlf~##Shape the evolution of existing governance bodies to be effective steering and sounding boards that drive improvements of the workplace services portfolio and ensure alignment with all relevant stakeholders~crlf~##Maintain a healthy ecosystem with defined roles and responsibilities (e.g., demand managers in OEs and product owners in AZ Technology) to ensure smooth operations and provide the best services to fulfill the needs of AZ employees~crlf~

Qualification~crlf~##Academic degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Engineering or similar~crlf~##Strong professional background and experience in program and project management, IT Infrastructure program or line management (e.g. networks, cloud computing); additional leadership or management exposure in application engineering or operations in financial services~crlf~##International experience and experience in multinational environments~crlf~##Strong understanding of a broad set of information technologies, technology markets and trends, IT management processes, IT governance, and IT controlling~crlf~##Strong analytics (tackling unstructured problems, developing solution approaches and methods) and rapid learner~crlf~##IT Architect certification(s) as TOGAF, iSAQB, etc. is a plus~crlf~##Project management certification(s) as PRINCE2, PMI, etc. and/or Service Management certification(s) as ITIL/ ITSM are a plus~crlf~##Must be fluent in English (written and spoken), conversational German is a plus~crlf~##Advanced hands-on skills in using end-user productivity tools (Microsoft Office esp.
