The Global Program Office manages the interaction with multiple Governance Bodies and is responsible for coordinating topics that enable use to transform to our desired buisness platform in an effective way (topics include product retirement, IT decommissioning, Strategic Workforce Planning).~crlf~ ~crlf~We are looking for a project manager to join our team with a passion for transformation and enjoying to work in an international and agile environment.

##Coordinate key topics related to product retirement, IT Decommissioning (linked to product retirement) & best practice organizational setup to enable the transformation~crlf~##Drive content topics and independently interact with other stakeholders~crlf~##Bring "business" perspective to the different topics to challenge status quo thinking and accelerate towards Group ambitions~crlf~##Liaise with multiple Operating Entities, Group functions to deliver stated targets in a fast paced environment (conceptualize/organize/conduct workshops, track progress & provide regular updates to AZ SE Board of Management)~crlf~

Qualification~crlf~##Very good communication skills in English, both written and spoken (German Language a plus but not required)~crlf~##Ability to work with MS Excel (models, root cause analysis)~crlf~##Strong expertise with MS Powerpoint storylining and creating effective presentations ~crlf~##Experience in insurance product / portfolio management or workforce planning~crlf~~crlf~Experience & Key skills ~crlf~##Minimum of 5 years working experience in financial industry or consulting background, good knowledge of insurance value chain especially products, strong organizational skills~crlf~##Team player with excellent interpersonal, intercultural skills and “can do” attitude~crlf~##Ability to work with multiple stakeholders effectively in a dynamic environment and deliver in a high pressure environment~crlf~##Strong problem solving skills and ability to challenge stakeholders ~crlf~
