Senior Business Case Expert (m/f/d) in Group HR (limited to 19 months)
HR Transformation (HRT) is a global program to turn the Allianz HR functions into an impactful, business-oriented strategic partner and service provider. Goals and objectives of HRT include standardizing and harmonizing HR where it adds value, creating a standardized user experience for global processes, installing an IT platform for global HR processes with better data risk management, rolling out Strategic Workforce Planning as a standard HR discipline, and last but not least upskilling our HR colleagues in order to meet the new demands.
##Lead the communication of cross entity charges for our global operating entities.~crlf~##The point person for questions related to fees, charges, service agreements, and financial planning projections.~crlf~##Liaise with Group wide colleagues and business owners on budgeting and consolidating financials.~crlf~##Draft and update service annex and charging agreement for Allianz SE and our operating entities.~crlf~##Tracking and manage the HR Transformation entity roll out schedule. Work closely within and across various departments to ensure that the timeline and budget is followed.~crlf~~crlf~
Qualification:~crlf~##Bachelors degree~crlf~##Business fluency in both German and English~crlf~##Project management designations (PMP) would be ideal~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience & Key Skills:~crlf~##Finance / IT project management or consulting background~crlf~##10+ year work experience in finance or IT project management. 5+ years within large organizations leading large global projects~crlf~##Excellent verbal and written communication skills is essential~crlf~##Ability to create presentations and converse with senior and executive management~crlf~##Expert knowledge in PowerPoint and Excel~crlf~
