##Further enhancements of and support for Protection & Resilience domains: Business Continuity Management (BCM), IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM), Global Incidents Management (GIM), Protective Security Management (PSM) and Crisis Management (CM)~crlf~##Participate in international projects related to Protection & Resilience~crlf~##Support the OEs in their local implementation, including gathering and sharing the best practices across the Allianz Group~crlf~##Perform systematic monitoring by leading and executing OE review and self-assessment tasks ~crlf~##Working within the Allianz SE Group Crisis Unit Back office~crlf~##Collaborate with other Group centers, OEs and AZ Technology~crlf~##Act as back-up for other Protection & Resilience experts to mitigate key person risk~crlf~
Qualification:~crlf~##Relevant University degree or equivalent qualification through work experience ~crlf~##Knowledge of relevant internationals standards, certifications are welcome~crlf~##Sound MS Office skills ~crlf~##Fluent English skills (written and spoken) are mandatory and additional language skills are welcome~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience & Key Skills:~crlf~##> 3 years of working/consulting/auditing experience in Protection & Resilience domains~crlf~##Preferable Risk and Quality management background~crlf~##Reliable, highly committed, precise working combined with analytical and conceptual skills~crlf~##Capability to build collaborative working relationships and ability to work in virtual, international and complex team environments~crlf~##Ability to work self-responsible and autonomously, also at times of high pressure~crlf~##Preferable Allianz OE experience~crlf~
