We define the core professional, procedural and organizational requirements to anticipate and prepare for, and adapt to changes and sudden disruptions in order to protect Allianz’ business operations (IT and Non-IT), personnel and physical assets (incl. information assets) so that the Allianz Group is better positioned to respond in an effective and efficient manner. ~crlf~ ~crlf~For our team we are looking for Expert who has a profound background in Information Governance (incl. Document Retention and Records-Management), Procurement and/or Outsourcing and has good project management skills. ##Monitoring of OE adherence to Information Governance (incl. Document Retention and Records-Management) and Procurement requirements in business operations across Allianz OEs by leading and executing OE review and self-assessment tasks~crlf~##Supporting the implementation of the Outsourcing requirements and monitoring of OE adherence to them across Allianz Group~crlf~##Collaborating with OEs and maintaining community of OE subject matter experts in the respective Protection and Resilience domains of Information and Document Management, Procurement and Outsourcing~crlf~##Supporting the OEs in their local implementation, including gathering and sharing best practices across the Allianz Group~crlf~##Collaborating with neighboring Protection & Resilience domains as well as working within Group Legal, Group Privacy, Group Technology and Architecture as well as AZ Technology~crlf~

Qualification~crlf~##Relevant University degree or equivalent qualification through work experience ~crlf~##Knowledge of relevant regulation, internationals standards and respective certifications are welcome.~crlf~##Fluent English skills (written and spoken) are mandatory and additional language skills are a plus~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience & Key skills~crlf~##> 3 years of working/consulting/auditing experience in Information Governance (incl. Document Retention Management), Outsourcing and/or Procurement~crlf~##Preferable (IT) compliance, audit and/or risk management background.~crlf~##Reliable, highly committed, precise working style combined with analytical and conceptual skills~crlf~##Excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities.~crlf~##Capability to build collaborative working relationships and ability to work in virtual, international and complex team environments~crlf~##Ability to work self-responsible and autonomously, also at times of high pressure~crlf~##Preferable Allianz OE experience ~crlf~
