Productivity Management (PM) is the central unit of Allianz that analyses and fosters the operational performance of its worldwide operating entities (OEs). PM provides analytical insights on operational KPIs, benchmarks, best practices and heat maps and supports the transformation of OEs towards their operational target picture. PM develops measurement and tools to identify improvement needs and drive operational productivity levers across the Group. ~crlf~Additionally, PM leads the Group's IT controlling by steering the OEs towards the ongoing IT Transformation. ~crlf~In this regard, PM is a key interface of H4-GOP towards H2, H10 / ACM and AZ Technology.

Responsible for the analysis of operational performance drivers for the Group and specific OEs. Translate financial and transformational KPIs to the relevant operational drivers in order to maximize productivity gains across Allianz Group, working closely with H2 & H10.~crlf~Collaborating with OEs to develop initiatives, frameworks, tools & methodologies to compile achievable action plans, to close identified gaps.~crlf~Cooperate with OEs and other departments to ensure successful implementation and realization of action plans.~crlf~Further develop best practices and innovative approaches identified across the Group into new tools and frameworks that can be applied to wider areas and in other OEs.~crlf~Responsible for Global Roll out of SAP IP and IT dashboard to increase IT trasparency in the group~crlf~Liaise with senior management stakeholders in Holding and OEs.~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~

Qualification:~crlf~##Relevant university degree (Master) in Business Administration, Business Mathematics or equivalent experience~crlf~##Highly analytical background (e.g. acquired in controlling/financial steering/strategy development)~crlf~##Project management experience~crlf~##Excellent English, further languages are of advantage~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience and Key skills:~crlf~##Minimum 3 years experience in Strategy/Transformation Consulting, Organizational Management or Strategic Controlling, ideally including OE experience~crlf~##Ideally experience of insurance business and processes~crlf~##Solid knowledge of financial services and steering/controlling instruments and KPIs~crlf~##Very strong analytical, strategic and conceptual skills with a solution-oriented approach~crlf~##Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with strong customer focus~crlf~##Significant experience in building, deploying & interpreting complex, quantitative Excel (& VBA) models~crlf~##Reputation as a team player, cultural sensitivity in order to fit into a multinational project setup~crlf~~crlf~
