##Group Mergers & Acquisitions is responsible for the management of M&A transactions (including both internal and external transactions) in the Allianz Group globally~crlf~##With our team of experienced M&A professionals, we seek to work collaboratively with our Allianz colleagues to successfully guide M&A processes through their entire lifecycle, including evaluating potential M&A targets, seeking relevant internal approvals required for non-binding and binding offers, hiring external M&A advisors, conducting due diligence, valuation assessment and structuring transactions. We also work closely with the Allianz SE Board of Management and Allianz SE Group Mergers & Acquisitions Committee to help set Allianz Group M&A strategy and evaluate specific M&A transaction approval requests.
