HR Transformation (HRT) is a global program to turn the Allianz HR functions into an impactful, business-oriented strategic partner and service provider. Goals and objectives of HRT include standardizing and harmonizing HR where it adds value, creating a standardized user experience for global processes, installing an IT platform for global HR processes with better data risk management, rolling out Strategic Workforce Planning as a standard HR discipline, and last but not least upskilling our HR colleagues in order to meet the new demands.~crlf~ ~crlf~This Junior Budget and Rollout Portfolio Manager supports in controlling the HRT budget and in monitoring the rollout projects to global Allianz companies.

##Monitoring the HRT program budget by tracking expenses and updating the HRT budget file~crlf~##Creating accurate and timely financial analysis including: Capitalization Report, SAP Reports, Provisions/Accruals Reports, Forecast Report for Allianz SE's Controlling Department~crlf~##Handling contracts between HRT and external vendors ~crlf~##Coordinating contract registration and documentation ~crlf~##Handling and processing invoices and payments ~crlf~##Managing SAP, DMS Ariba tools ~crlf~##Reviewing and optimizing existing work processes ~crlf~##Monitoring, tracking and reporting status of HRT rollouts, including quality checks of status reports delivered by rollout managers~crlf~##Maintaining the master rollout plan with approved change requests and other stakeholder requests ~crlf~##Conducting rollout portfolio meetings by preparing the agenda, completing minutes and following up on actionable items~crlf~

Qualification:~crlf~##Academic background in Business, Finance, Accounting or similar ~crlf~##Excellent command of written and spoken English (German is not a must)~crlf~##Advanced knowledge of MS-Office skills~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience & Key Skills:~crlf~##2+ years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably in budget controlling or project management ~crlf~##Sound accounting knowledge is a plus ~crlf~##Strong data sense, keen eye for details ~crlf~##Able to work independently as well as to engage with various stakeholders ~crlf~##Able to multitask and prioritize ~crlf~##Good problem solver with great communication skills ~crlf~##Open mind-set and eager to learn~crlf~##High-degree of sensitivity~crlf~
