Center of Competence - Life and Health (CLH) is functioning as the extended workbench of the Allianz SE Board of Management through strategy development; growth and business enabling through excellence in skills, technical regime development and global/regional/local projects. ~crlf~The Allianz Customer Model (ACM) is the global initiative of the Allianz Group with the aim of accelerating the transformation of our business with the customer at the core. CLH works closely with the ACM unit, within H10 Business Transformation at Allianz SE. The team is responsible for the extension, design and implementation of ACM to the Life business across the entire Allianz Group, based on simplicity and the harmonization of products, services, processes and platforms. The ACM landscape consists of core modules (Building the Foundations, Products, Sales, Claims, and Operations) and transversal modules (Processes & Tools and Customer Interaction) driving the development and improvement of the core principles of ACM.~crlf~As part of the Life ACM International Assignment Program, you will have the opportunity to be a member of the Life ACM team for 1-2 years before continuing your career at Allianz. The program will offer you all necessary tools to quickly scale-up your ACM knowledge and let you hit the ground running. As part of the program you will also be supported in your professional and personal development.

##Be part of one of the core modules (Building the Foundations, Products, Sales, Claims, and Operations), the transversal modules (Processes & Tools and Customer Interaction) ~crlf~##Drive the successful development, improvement and implementation of ACM in entities of the Allianz Group around the world~crlf~##Work closely with your team lead in planning, structuring and steering the module content or module roll-out in the Allianz OEs~crlf~##When working in the Product module: develop, implement and modify new, upgraded, specific LoB/cross line propositions with focus on technical specifications in the Allianz Product Lab and specifications for supporting tools. Participate in research and development and coordinate / steer roll-out of products, including terms and conditions and regulatory aspects~crlf~##Build and maintain effective working relationships with key ACM stakeholders within Allianz SE and across local Allianz entities~crlf~##Prepare presentations, status reports and business reviews on project implementations~crlf~##Prepare business network meetings and conference calls for CLH virtual expert communities~crlf~##Prepare and facilitate various workshops/meetings, including documentation and follow-up project management support~crlf~

Qualification~crlf~##Excellent University degree and/or professional insurance qualification~crlf~##Fluent in English and at least one additional business language~crlf~##Good MS-Office skills~crlf~##Project management certifications for example OPEX Blue/Black Belt or equivalent Six Sigma certification an advantage~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience & Key skills~crlf~##At least 3+ years of experience in the insurance business or consultancy, more is welcomed (responsibilities will vary depending on your level of experience). ~crlf~##Proven project management skills~crlf~##Experience in project management in an international, multi-cultural environment~crlf~##Process-minded, analytical, good problem solver~crlf~##Good conceptual/strategic skills, willingness to work on cross-functional projects~crlf~##Strong communication and influencing skills, including willingness to communicate with senior management~crlf~##Willingness to multitask, with focus on speed and execution~crlf~##Proactive, high level of energy and drive, above average commitment and flexibility~crlf~##Willingness to travel and work in international projects~crlf~##Good knowledge of the Allianz organization in terms of structure and business model~crlf~##Ideally international work experience~crlf~##Ideally experience with transformational projects & change management~crlf~##Deep knowledge in at least one of the following insurance areas: Products & Pricing, Underwriting, Sales, Claims, Operations, Market Management, IT~crlf~##Good understanding of the entire insurance value chain and the key profit drivers per respective focus area~crlf~
