You will be working together with the environmental team coordinating and communicating current and future projects, raising environmental awareness, creating content for our intranet platform and organizing green events.

You will work in a diversified and challenging environment, which allows very active involvement with increasing responsibilities in a small team structure. You will be invited to contribute with your ideas, energy and experiences to make Allianz greener. ~crlf~ ~crlf~Your key responsibilities will be the following:~crlf~##Supporting the Local Environment Officer in initiating, organizing and coordinating actions for continuous improvement of environmental performance and CO2-reduction of AZSE operations.~crlf~##Assisting in organization of annual environmental assurance and data collection processes.~crlf~##Supporting the Environment Team around communication and change management projects.~crlf~##Planning and organizing communication campaigns and local events to raise awareness of climate change and environmental risks and opportunities amongst Allianz' stakeholders with focus on employees.~crlf~##Preparing internal communications material (writing/editing/proof reading of texts), including maintenance of intranet pages.~crlf~##Cooperating with different departments and international project teams. ~crlf~##Typing, compiling, and preparing presentations/newsletter/other communications materials in English.~crlf~##Aligning communications material with key stakeholder groups.~crlf~

Qualification~crlf~##You are currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Sustainability, Environmental and Engineering Sciences, Communications, Management or Business Psychology. (You must be enrolled at a university for the whole period of employment.)~crlf~##Excellent writing and communication skills in English.~crlf~##MS Office skills (word, excel, PowerPoint).~crlf~##Knowledge in the fields of environmental protection, sustainability, energy efficiency and waste management.~crlf~##Team player with excellent intercultural and interpersonal skills.~crlf~##Fluent in English (spoken and written).~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience & Key skills~crlf~##Strong analytical skills.~crlf~##Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English. ~crlf~##Organizational skills with the ability to drive several projects.~crlf~##Previous familiarity with intranet technologies.~crlf~##Social Media know-how.~crlf~##Experiences with Change Management projects.~crlf~##Ability to think and act independently and to quickly adapt to new problem settings and situations.~crlf~##Proactive, flexible and energetic team player with a personal interest in sustainability issues.~crlf~##Further experience in corporate eco-efficiency and environmental stewardship is desirable.~crlf~
