HR IT Platform Manager (m/f/d) - SuccessFactors Cloud Solution (limited to 24 months)
The Operational Management department is responsible for setting and driving the AZ group-wide HR OM agenda which includes HR Portfolio Management, HR IT Platform Management, HR Processes, Data and Risk Management as well as Project Management. Together with the HR Global Architect, OM maintains and develops the architecture of the HR Operating Model technology, process and data in line with the organizational setup. The HR IT Platform Manager reports to the Head of HR IT Platform Management (ITPM) and is responsible for the management of the Compensation, Performance Management & Talent Management modules in the SuccessFactors system, and driving the efficiency and effectiveness for these modules.
Operationalize strategy and design;~crlf~##Responsible for operational management of the dedicated SF modules~crlf~ ~crlf~~crlf~ Delivery and compliance;~crlf~##In strong cooperation with Vendor (mainly AZ Technology), drive efficiency and effectiveness for HR IT platform related operational activities (HR IT platforms and applications run, change and release management, incident and problem management)~crlf~##Follow and ensure HR IT Platform Management processes and policies to ensure compliance (e.g. access management reviews etc.) with Allianz policies and guidelines based on ITIL best practices~crlf~##Escalation management~crlf~ ~crlf~Performance and continuous improvement;~crlf~##Work closely with AZ Technology to resolve system issues, pursue enhancements and implement configuration changes~crlf~##Supporting process or system improvements, data integrity, ease of use, and workload efficiencies~crlf~##Monitoring and reporting the performance of HR IT Platform (i.e. KPIs, SLAs) and follow up of improvements~crlf~##Follow standards and processes on how to communicate about HR IT Platform management with relevant stakeholders (User Group, Steering Committee, Vendor meetings)~crlf~##Responsible for defining and scheduling the system releases in conjunction with SAP SF releases~crlf~ ~crlf~Stakeholder Management:~crlf~##Manage relationship with relevant internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Allianz Technology, SAP) and monitor performance of providers~crlf~ ~crlf~Change Management:~crlf~##Functional expert for IT changes of the relevant platform/module, i.e. advisor and impact assessor~crlf~~crlf~
Qualification:~crlf~##SAP SuccessFactors knowledge, ideally PM, TM & COMP~crlf~##Thorough understanding of HR processes in a global company~crlf~##Ability to identify system interlinkages and foresee the impact of changes to the global HR IT systems~crlf~##Proven ability to convert functional requirements into technical solutions/configurations~crlf~##Good understanding of IT service management (ITIL)~crlf~##Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, additional languages optional~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience and Key skills:~crlf~##Working experience in IT Platform Management role, ideally dealing with HR tools~crlf~##General HR knowledge (understanding of HR processes e.g. Talent Management, Learning, Compensation and Performance or Recruitment)~crlf~##Good understanding of Allianz specific IT infrastructure peculiarities will be a plus~crlf~##Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with various stakeholders (HR and IT)~crlf~##Strong business awareness & customer orientation~crlf~
