HR Data Engineer (m/f/d) in Group HR

The HR Global Platform Management (HR GPM) department is responsible for setting and driving HR IT Platform Management, HR Stakeholder & Project Management, HR Processes, Data and Risk Management. HR GPM maintains and develops the architecture of the HR Operating Model technology process and data in line with the organizational setup. ~crlf~The Data engineer t is reporting to Head of HR Global Platforms. The candidate is responsible for HR data framework (data governance, data architecture, data flows, etc.) across the global HR system landscape, to support HR in becoming a transformational, business-oriented & strategic partner to the business. The ambition of HR becoming a more data-driven function requires continuous and significant contribution from this role, which will work in close collaboration with many internal stakeholders and Allianz Operating entities in order to achieve this goal.

##Develop the HR Data framework (data governance, data architecture, data flows, etc.) and oversee its implementation across the HR process value chain. This includes data relevant processes, minimum data requirements, data dictionary and escalation protocols to enable efficient and fit for purpose data landscape.~crlf~##Understand and govern data, process and system architecture to ensure a well functioning and integrated system supporting the needs of data consumers globally.~crlf~##Evaluate the impact of any changes requested by the business on the data model and architecture. Ensure fit with the HR strategy and target operating model to increase operational efficiency and minimize operational risk.~crlf~##Ensure the transparency of the global HR data landscape to all relevant stakeholders. ~crlf~##Own HR data book and drive its further enhancement~crlf~##Work closely with other teams in identifying data integrity and quality issues. Develop strategies in addressing them effectively. Initiate corrective actions as appropriate.~crlf~##Work with the HR GPM team on any operational and governance-related topics, which were prioritized based on the input from internal HR and business stakeholders.~crlf~##Responsible for continuous simplification and standardization of HR data landscape. Support automation and introduction of better end-user experience initiatives.~crlf~##Responsible for continuous review of the impact of the existing and new policies and standards on the HR target model, technology processes, data & operational efficiency.~crlf~

Qualification~crlf~##Business Administration with focus on HR Management, Data Management . or Bachelor’s degree in related field.~crlf~##Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Other languages are a plus.~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience & Key skills~crlf~##3-5 years of working experience in operational management role~crlf~##3+ years of experience in any of the following disciplines: data usage, data architecture, ~crlf~##Functional experience in one HR discipline a plus~crlf~##Experience in analyzing and designing multiple aspects of the data solution including source system~crlf~##Experience with cloud-based data management is strongly preferred~crlf~##Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with various stakeholders (HR, Legal, IT) on different level of seniority~crlf~##A strategic thinker with strong analytical and conceptual skills~crlf~##Able to manage complex tasks in a changing environment~crlf~##Strong business awareness & customer orientation~crlf~##Analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to understand business and technical functions, process information quickly and assess impacts to data elements~crlf~##Mindset to consult on data methodology ~crlf~##Strong understanding of HR IT & process landscape desirable~crlf~##Strong ability and willingness to manage conflicts~crlf~##Ability and willingness to steer vendors (e.g. AZ Technology and SAP).~crlf~
