Reward and Performance is part of Group Human Resources in Allianz SE. It supports and advises the Allianz SE Board of Management, the Group Compensation Committee, and Allianz operating entities on key compensation, pension and benefits aspects, including board and executive remuneration and Allianz’ Group-wide equity programs. It develops and maintains global performance management and reward frameworks to ensure effective strategy implementation and reward governance.

Country Cluster Lead for a various countries with the following responsibilities:~crlf~##Establish and keep informed a network of ESPP coordinators ~crlf~##Define, manage and maintain the relevant employees' data for the operation of the ESPP ~crlf~##Analyse the employees' data and identify/close any gaps~crlf~##Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure that all ESPP implementation milestones, deliverables and activities are aligned with the local ESPP coordinators and completed in a timely and consistent manner ~crlf~##Provide for the annual ESPP offer together with payroll/global mobility/local finance and in line with country specific tax and legal requirements~crlf~##Manage RP projects in close cooperation with OEs and external providers~crlf~##Coordinate appropriate project meetings, including agenda and follow through on any open items~crlf~##Prepare communications and presentations for committees and Boards~crlf~

Qualification~crlf~##Advanced degree (Bachelor/Masters), preferably in economics or a field related to rewards and performance~crlf~##Fluent in English, additional languages a plus~crlf~##Strong analytical, project management, organizational, and communication skills~crlf~##Advanced skills in MS Office applications, particularly Excel~crlf~##Teamplayer, committed, reliable, proactive, and with a problem-solving attitude~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience & Key skills~crlf~##International experience, with particular emphasis on accounting or compensation topics and project management~crlf~##Advanced knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS)~crlf~##Strong understanding of numbers and a high degree of accuracy~crlf~##Advanced SAP and MS Excel Proficiency ~crlf~
