The Customer and User Experience Lead is the responsible person for designing and delivering customer, sales, and employee experiences as global assets for Allianz worldwide. This includes ~crlf~##to balance user-centric design and scalable code for frontends to be implemented on global platforms across different operational entities including all lines of business for products, sales, claims and operations~crlf~##to design master user journeys in one look and feel across touchpoints in line with business processes (service blueprints)~crlf~##to contribute to and make use of the Allianz Design System that enables configuration and re-usability across business models and markets ~crlf~##to initiate user testing and analytical tracking to spot optimizations and continuously improve along the product lifecycle~crlf~##to explore and test new mediums of interaction, e.g., voice, chatbots, wearables and selectively drive innovation in these areas~crlf~##to collaborate with product owners, business analysts and designers globally and thereby enable and govern the design process ~crlf~

Qualification~crlf~##Successfully completed university or comparable degree~crlf~##High affinity to insurance business, incl. P&C insurance know-how~crlf~##Experience in observation studies, expert interviews and usability tests, the implementation of personas, customer journey maps and blueprints, flowcharts, wireframes, and low-fi prototypes~crlf~##Qualified in process design, design thinking, lean start-up methodology, agile (at scale) ~crlf~##Experience in the use of related tools, e.g., Attlassian Suite, Collaboration tools (Miro, Mural, Design tools (Photoshop, Invision, Sketch), Adobe Suite, Process management tools (Adonis)~crlf~##Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience & Key skills~crlf~##At least 7-10 years of business experience in financial services, with focus in customer experience management, master journey definition (digital design concepts and flows, and requirements engineering) and digital transformation~crlf~##Proven Track record of successfully managed large, international projects, incl agile software development ~crlf~##Working experience in an international environment including experience in working abroad ~crlf~##End to end project delivery of UX artefacts together with business owners and designers ~crlf~##Strong analytical skills, structured thinking and impactful presentation skills~crlf~##Comfortable and experienced with workshop facilitation, moderation and negotiation techniques ~crlf~##Pro-active, intrinsically motivated, self-directed and ability to deal with complex topics in a changing environment~crlf~##Solution oriented with focus on quick results and a lean approach~crlf~##Experience in leading and motivating teams~crlf~##Ability to interact with a diverse set of stakeholders, including C-level, in an international environment~crlf~##Used to work in a goal-oriented and flexible environment with high tolerance for ambiguity~crlf~
