The HR Transformation project focuses on the delivery of 3 major components: ~crlf~~crlf~1) The SuccessFactors rollouts - SuccessFactors is a cloud-based platform that will serve as the foundation for the Global HR Transformation system. The following models are in scope of the SuccessFactors Rollout: Employee Central, Learning Management Systems, Performance Management, Talent Management, Compensation, variable Pay, Recruiting, Onboarding and SuccessFactors Analytics. ~crlf~~crlf~2) The Enabling Technology Tools which have been added to the scope to achieve productivity gains and the desired user experience. ~crlf~~crlf~3) ‘MyHR Portal’ (built by Allianz Technology) which will enable the employees access to the relevant and most up-to-date HR documentation using a Google-like search function, and CHRIS, our new Allianz HR Chatbot (leveraging AI for continuous learning).

As Business Case Expert in HR Transformation, you will be working in an international environment supporting the project in the following areas:~crlf~~crlf~Project Management ~crlf~ -Coordinating and maintaining project plans as well as preparing project status reports~crlf~ -Business case tracking and performance management. Hosting bi-weekly Change Management meetings (RPM)~crlf~ ~crlf~Budget Controlling~crlf~ -Handle contracts with external vendors~crlf~ -Budget controlling and forecasting (SAP)~crlf~ ~crlf~Data modelling & analysis ~crlf~ -Data consolidation from various sources, regular update of models and database. Steer and ensure a consistent global reporting. Further consolidation of data cubes and reporting in Power-BI. ~crlf~~crlf~Support project lead and transformation managers by providing ad-hoc analyses requiring inputs from Allianz internal stakeholders (worldwide contacts across various Allianz operating entities)~crlf~

Qualification~crlf~##Bachelor degree in business, finance, data science or related field~crlf~##Very good skills in Excel & PowerBI~crlf~##Fluent in English language ~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience & Key skills~crlf~##Past experience in project environment (e.g. HR Transformation, Controlling, Business Case Tracking, PMO/Project Management)~crlf~##Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities~crlf~##High accuracy, reliability, pro-activeness and working independently~crlf~
