    'The SE Business Partner Department (SE BP) in Group HR is responsible for all activities along the HR value chain for the employees at the global headquarters (Allianz SE). ~crlf~You will be part of the recruiting team at Allianz SE, which focuses on the sourcing and selection of talent for the organization. We offer a great opportunity to learn more about recruitment. You develop skills in sourcing, assessing and recruiting of international talents in a fast paste environment. On top of the recruiting experience you gain insights on what it means to work at the headquarters of a multinational cooperation.

  • Key Responsibilities

    ##Design of job descriptions~crlf~##Selection of suitable posting channels~crlf~##Independent candidate management~crlf~##Handling of in- and outgoing correspondence~crlf~##Maintain and update candidate database and applicant tracking system~crlf~##Support in conducting interviews with candidates over the phone and in person~crlf~##Pre-screen and assess applications and present potential candidates to Hiring Managers~crlf~##Taking on administrative and organizational tasks

  • Key Requirements/ Skills

    Qualification:~crlf~##Student of (Business-) Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related subjects~crlf~##Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel~crlf~##Fluency in English is a must; German would be a plus~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience & Key skills:~crlf~##Proven experience in an international environment with excellent cross-cultural skills~crlf~##Customer focused attitude~crlf~##Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal~crlf~##Structured work approach, accuracy and willingness to work independently~crlf~##Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail
