    Group HR is the unit responsible for developing and implementing globally required HR strategies, policies and guidelines and monitor their implementation. In this position, you will support the Global People Attraction Center of Expertise (CoE) on further strengthening Allianz Group’s position as an employer of choice for top talent. You will work closely together both with colleagues from Allianz SE and our various subsidiaries worldwide. The Global People Attraction CoE unifies four disciplines under its roof: Employer Branding, Recruiting and Sourcing, University Relations and Onboarding. ~crlf~~crlf~If you dare to take on responsibility and make a difference, you will feel at home in our team!

  • Key Responsibilities

    ## Management of global Social Media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.)~crlf~## Content creation (e.g. texts, graphics, videos) for and management of internal and external communication channels (careers.allianz.com, blog, Social Media, intranet, etc.)~crlf~## Community Management and Candidate Relationship Management (support & advise candidates, handover to recruiters in our local subsidiaries) via email, Facebook, WhatsApp etc.~crlf~## Project management for various global initiatives, such as the consolidation of Social Media channels~crlf~## Development of innovative approaches and further development of the Social Media strategy~crlf~## Develop and implement innovative ideas in the area of digital talent attraction (e.g. chatbots, augmented reality, holograms etc.)~crlf~## Create and distribute global online KPI reports~crlf~## Support maintenance of the global online application system (both mobile & desktop versions)~crlf~## Event management for meetings with colleagues from around the globe~crlf~## Preparation of management presentations

  • Key Requirements/ Skills

    Qualification:~crlf~## Student of Media and Communications Sciences, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology or related subjects~crlf~## Enrolled at university for the entire period of employement~crlf~## First working experience in communication, employer branding, online marketing, Social Media are a plus~crlf~## Fluent in English~crlf~## German and other languages are beneficial~crlf~Key skills and experiences:~crlf~## Proficient in MS Office~crlf~## Profound Social Media knowledge and writing skills~crlf~## Working knowledge with content management systems (e.g. Wordpress, Adobe Experience Manager), analytics systems (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and Social Media Campaign Manager is a plus~crlf~## High team orientation, communication skills as well as structured and independent way of working~crlf~## Proven entrepreneurship, digital thinking and customer centricity ~crlf~## Project management experience
