  • Job Purpose/ Role

    In the Global Diversity Office of the Group HR department at Allianz SE, you will be working within an international team that creates and implements strategies, guidelines and processes for leveraging diversity and inclusion in our companies around the Group. This internship provides you with an excellent opportunity to understand change processes and to gain valuable insights in the diverse needs of employees and business demands. You have the opportunity to work creatively on sub projects, with a team that is energetic and passionate with a good combination of involvement in community projects outside Allianz.

  • Key Responsibilities

    ##Supporting projects related to diversity and inclusion, e.g. Gender, LGBT, Disability, Age or Internationality ~crlf~##Supporting in designing concepts and preparing presentation content~crlf~##Coordinating ongoing programs from initiation and implementation to evaluation, e.g. diversity related events~crlf~##Analyzing and summarizing internal research outcomes~crlf~##Supporting day-to-day operations of the Global Diversity Office, e.g. research, reportings, co-operation with our Employee Resource Groups and external vendors ~crlf~##Working together with international colleagues on project follow ups

  • Key Requirements/ Skills

    Qualification:~crlf~##Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing and Communication or related subjects with good results~crlf~##Interest and basic knowledge in diversity of minds concepts, practices and trends with regard to corporate settings would be a plus~crlf~##Excellent in written and spoken English ~crlf~##Above average competence with MS Office tools (especially PowerPoint and Excel), further IT skills would be a plus (e.g. CRM tools, Social Media, etc.) ~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience & Key Skills:~crlf~##Some working experience as an intern or a working student in a consulting area is helpful~crlf~##Open minded: intercultural experience or exposure~crlf~##Team player: excellent communication and interpersonal skills, "customer-oriented" attitude~crlf~##Proactive and creative: engages others in driving change and innovation, takes initiative, brings in new ideas and solutions, works independently~crlf~##Analytical and well organized: project management skills a plus
