The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for concepting and designing integrated advertising and marketing campaigns in various channels with elevated consideration to the overall user experience as well as partners’ interface and brand guidelines.

Regular, predictable, reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.~crlf~~crlf~Key responsibilities which take no less than 10% of overall job time ~crlf~##Primarily designing for digital marketing initiatives (including priming, conversion, retargeting and retention assets). Some traditional media and promotional materials may be assigned as well.~crlf~##Responsibilities may include app interface design and in-app marketing, email communications, banner ads, purchase path offers, landing pages, social ads, etc. ~crlf~##Collaborates closely with Copywriter, other designers, marketing strategists, optimization strategist, as well as other agile team members to deliver on Business and marketing goals.~crlf~##Elevates the Allianz brands and champions quality of work—able to turn around high volume of work when needed while keeping accurate and up-to-date progress records within our project management software (Workfront and Jira).~crlf~##Participate in generating ideas and concepts for marketing strategies and eCommerce purchase path optimization tests.~crlf~##Understands and amplifies Allianz’s partner brands when working within their consumer-facing experiences and/or developing co-branded marketing materials. ~crlf~##Organized and communicates task status clearly in daily scrum (self-organizing teams) while keeping functional head routinely informed on general progress and strategic initiatives.~crlf~##Able to assign an accurate level-of-effort on any given task in Sprint Planning and responsible for raising early flags before workload affects quality of work.~crlf~##Ability to work within a hybrid Agile and production environment.~crlf~##May perform other duties as assigned.~crlf~

##Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in conceptual and graphic design.~crlf~##Bachelors in graphic design or similar communications design field. Equivalent experience is considered.~crlf~##Design proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (mainly InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator).~crlf~##Video editing skills are a nice to have (mainly Premiere and After Effects).~crlf~##Coding and development skills are a nice to have.~crlf~##Familiarity with Sketch or similar UI prototyping software preferred~crlf~##Knowledge and proficiency with general office software, and web-based project/task assignment software is required.~crlf~##Knowledge of ecommerce best practices, purchase path optimization, and/or behavioral economics is a plus. ~crlf~##Ability to present design concepts and deliverables to internal and external clients.~crlf~##Positive action-oriented attitude and organization skills required to meet/exceed SLAs~crlf~####Must be a self-starter, able to manage own time, personal workload, and priorities to deliver quality work on schedule.~crlf~##Passion for producing high-quality, well-thought out work with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment~crlf~##Knowledge of or general understanding of travel and insurance or other regulated financial services industries as well as multi-platform mobile app development helpful
