As an accomplished and knowledgeable Sr. Compensation Expert, you will support the strategy and execution of compensation programmes on a global scale. Working closely with the Global Head of R&P and International Mobility, in order to define compensation approaches, devising market benchmarks for challenging and complex roles, and ensuring that new and existing salary ranges are up to date and appropriate will be one of your main responsibilities. The Global HR team at Allianz Partners corporate office works in a dynamic, matrix and multicultural environment. It’s responsible for defining the over-arching HR strategy and its international Business Units. The position reports into the AzP Head of Rewards & Performance & International Mobility and works closely with the Grading & Performance Expert and Int’l Mobility Mgr (based at GO), as well as the R&P CoE community.~crlf~ ~crlf~The role of the Sr. Compensation Expert supports the operational element of the Compensations process, reviewing annual bonuses and navigating the overall process in relation to compensation programmes. As well as this responsibility, you can expect your duties to include the following:~crlf~ ~crlf~1.Ensure that the Success factors database is accurate & kept updated, making sure the information entered by Regional R&Ps or HRBPs for individuals & Business Units is accurate; ~crlf~a. Interface with HRT & HR Ops team for roll-out of new compensation modules in the system~crlf~ ~crlf~2.Manage key AzP Compensation projects supporting the regions:~crlf~a.Compensation Strategy Harmonisation – Work with the Global Head of R&P ,the Regional R&P CoE expert community and local HRDs to evaluate, structure and implement a more consistent compensation philosophy, structure and tools across the Allianz Partners Business Units for the Non-Executive employee population. ~crlf~b.Gender equality pay: Drive implementation of the Gender Equality Pay objective of Allianz within the various Business Units. Support local teams to get (from the legal/Data protection aspect) access to the Payanalytics software, work with the Regional R&P team to ensure timely completion of analysis and ensure adequate planning to ensure corrections are made as needed.~crlf~c.Ensure follow up of deployment of salary and benefits surveys in all our markets, bringing expertise as needed to complete files;~crlf~d.Lead the project of building up of the salary bandings across regions & BUs, working with the WTW tool and the Regional R&P community ; train & develop support to help HRBPs to manage and communicate the overall framework to managers~crlf~e.Support initiatives such as the Benefits alignment, or standardization of Incentives structures.~crlf~ ~crlf~3.Support the Global Head R&P to drive the Group compensation Year End Cycle-~crlf~a.Project plan and communicate the YEC process to all concerned stakeholders~crlf~b.Coordinate the data collation and alignment of the business case of the proposals ( Salary increase and Bonus ) through the Regional CoE Community , with local HRDs, Group Finance and AZSE for all executive and Non Executive employees~crlf~c.Provide appropriate templates and collate accurate data to prepare the Compensation Committee sessions ( Regional and Global)~crlf~d.Consolidate and cross check all AE /ASE comp & bonus data before sending them to AzTech; support the review of YEC outcomes before issuing letters for the ASE population globally. ~crlf~~crlf~e.Perform BUs’ gross wages variation analysis per cluster liaising with Finance & HR controlling~crlf~ ~crlf~4.Prepare as needed analysis & reports for R&P CoE meetings and Governance/ Audit purposes within the group AzP or Allianz SE.~crlf~

##Work experience (5 to 7) within HR or Finance, ideally as an Analyst in the Compensation & Benefits area.~crlf~##Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and problem solving attitude.~crlf~##Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and good judgment ~crlf~##Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required; experience with SuccessFactors modules~crlf~##Ability to work autonomously, be self-directed and results-oriented ~crlf~##Strong communication & presentation skills~crlf~##Team player and ability to work in an international environment ~crlf~##Fluency in English~crlf~##Paris / Munich based preferred~crlf~
