Service Associate, Travel Customer Service

A DAY IN THE LIFE ~crlf~~crlf~## Interact with customers by telephone and via email.~crlf~## Communicate with professionalism, positivity, and courtesy; making customers feel valued.~crlf~## Address customer inquiries by providing relevant and timely solutions; including reviewing and resolving pending policy inquiries, answering claims status questions, and handling concerns and issues.~crlf~## Accurately and efficiently manage administrative tasks; including sending out claim forms, recording customer data, and researching customer information.~crlf~## Collaborate with your team leader when needed to ensure customer satisfaction.~crlf~## Perform other duties as assigned.~crlf~
WHAT YOU’LL NEED ~crlf~~crlf~## High school diploma or equivalent diploma.~crlf~## 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer service environment. ~crlf~## PC skills: Microsoft Windows, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.~crlf~
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :~crlf~~crlf~Following onsite training at our corporate headquarters for approximately the first three months, and a demonstrated command of the role, this position can Work From Home! ~crlf~~crlf~Available Shift :~crlf~11:30am - 8:00pm~crlf~Monday - Friday ~crlf~NO WEEKENDS / NO HOLIDAYS~crlf~~crlf~START DATE: March 17, 2020
