As part of the “People” center of expertise, your primary focus is to super the leading of the Learning and Development activities and projects for the Head of Office, while working closely with the wider People COE team on the design and the roll-out of Learning & development projects.~crlf~~crlf~You will partner with the Head Office HR Business Partners and managers to understand the main development needs in relations to corporate strategy, and to help people learn, grow and align their skills to the company’s development. Together with the People COE team across locations, you contribute to the development of an environment of continuous feedback, learning and growth, through programs and initiatives that enable every team member in the company to constantly evolve and develop.~crlf~~crlf~You play an active role in the transformation of the HR Function by implementing a Learning Management System, redefining services, solutions and processes with your peers in other BUs and the regional teams – in to take them to the next step improve efficiency and Learning experience for your employees. You ensure visibility of the Learning offering and offer a comprehensive and consistent framework to give employees resources for them to invest in their own development.

Learning offer & catalog~crlf~- Contribute to the design of the Learning and Development Strategy for the Head Office in line with the global strategy~crlf~- Define and implement the Training Plan for your scope~crlf~- Partner with People COE colleagues to design global initiatives, roll-them out according to the global people development strategy~crlf~- Develop a local offer aligned with strategy and regional needs, identify providers, liaise with AZOE in country/region to mutualize effort~crlf~- Facilitate sessions, programs and webinars~crlf~~crlf~Implementation and monitoring~crlf~- Oversee the scheduling and promotion of learning solutions ~crlf~- Develop solid tracking approach to monitor and report on the whole range of learning activities, including self-directed to track key KPIs and decide on actions.~crlf~- Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of the learning, and identify improvement actions~crlf~- Ensure that Allianz Partners Global Office is compliant with regulatory requirements and and keep track of the regulatory changes. Ensure statutory declaration are duly done and communicated to the french Authorities.Handle relationships with providers ~crlf~- Ensure Learning programs and activities remain within the allocated budget~crlf~- Maintain local contracts and relationships with external / internal suppliers incl. maintenance of service level agreements, ~crlf~- Administrative and logistical support~crlf~~crlf~Lifelonglearning culture~crlf~- Develop a lifelong learning culture by providing a wide range of solutions to support employee’s development, and ensuring consistency, clarity and relevance of the learning offer~crlf~- Implement lifelong learning campaign and 1-hr learning for your population, while participating to the initiative globally~crlf~- Promote the AllianzU learning platform as go-to solutions for all learning activities and define a roadmap to ensure increase in the uptake~crlf~- Implement the PDP campaign and make sure PDPs are effectively part of the HR lifecycle~crlf~~crlf~L&D efficiency optimization - transition to the HR TOM~crlf~- Implement the Group learning management system and develop communication and change plans for each stakeholder segment (HR teams, managers, employees)~crlf~- Adapt processes accordingly while participating to the redesign and further implementation of global processes~crlf~- Drive L&D efficiency and optimization, investigate and pilot shared and outsourcing services, starting starting with GO, for all entities to ensure effective roll out of the catalogue of service and sizing target. ~crlf~~crlf~

## 5+ years experience in Learning / Talent development related roles, ideally working with a Learning Management System~crlf~## 5+ years experience in project management~crlf~## in depth knowledge of Talent, L&D and HR practices~crlf~## Ability to both define initiatives and solutions to address business needs, and ensure proper implementation (logistics and admin)~crlf~## Good relationship management skills and personally confident to effectively address and influence stakeholders.~crlf~## Experience in working in international and multicultural environments~crlf~## Delivery focused, with the ability to be agile and work in a self-sufficient manner~crlf~## Ability to keep a positive and proactive mindset in a transforming environment~crlf~## Experience as a change agent and practitioner utilizing change management tools and methodologies~crlf~## Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).~crlf~
