The TPA data and controls manager will lead a team of experienced data and control officers on two main missions with a high level of expectations based on the insurance regulator expectations: leverage the TPA data mining practices and proactively ensure the audit plan to TPAs for the French portfolio of Allianz Care.

The main activities are: ~crlf~ ~crlf~Monitor & deploy the Control System of outsourced activities to TPAs, accordingly to the ACPR recommendations and plan : ~crlf~##Set up the partners' tri-annual audit plan as well as the calendar, in collaboration with the other internal functions (Sales, Portfolio monitoring, Underwriting…)~crlf~##Monitor preparation and achievement of the pre-audits and audits; ~crlf~##Drive the Writing audit reports; ~crlf~##Follow-up the post-audit recommendations; ~crlf~##Present the conclusions to the management teams~crlf~##Draw attention/alert on time the Head of partnership exchanges to the timeline drifts, priority changes, upcoming topics, risks… ~crlf~##Provide argued and pragmatic solutions to solve any problems ~crlf~ ~crlf~Drive improvement of the audit expertise in the team / company : ~crlf~##Leverage both quantity and quality of TPA audits following ACPR recommendations~crlf~##improve the tools (templates, score card ...) to promote objectivity and standardization, rationalization, improvement, automate for more reliability~crlf~##Review process and methodologies to increase expertise and standardization~crlf~##Bring together the necessary skills by calling on the resources of other functions, such as compliance, legal, risk and operations teams... to support and develop the expertise of the French team~crlf~##Develop skillfulness of the team members, ~crlf~ ~crlf~Proactively ensure the Outsourcing policy implementation while protecting the business interests : ~crlf~##Ensure the delivery on reporting on time and aligned with the level of quality required~crlf~##Manage the Outsourcing policy committees by demonstrating a strong monitoring of the audit activity~crlf~##Maintain and promote privileged relationship with TPAs et foster strong level of coordination with sales team to master and protect the company business interests~crlf~ ~crlf~Ensure the design and implementation of the SI architecture and processes for collecting, storing and securing the data of the company~crlf~##Manage the Data team in charge of collecting, formatting and securing the data received from TPA~crlf~##Ensure that the internal business and regulatory needs are fulfilled, thanks a smooth collaboration with internal technical functions~crlf~##Define a data action plan to leverage the ways data are stored and used internally~crlf~

##Fluent in French and English~crlf~##Masters level qualification in Risk management, Audit or related subject~crlf~##Proven experience 5 years in audit and control environment, ~crlf~##Successful experience in management, 5 years~crlf~##Knowledge in Health insurance~crlf~##Excellent organisational skills~crlf~##High Ability to plan, prioritize and monitor deadlines~crlf~##Significant professional experience in a in a fast paced, multinational environment~crlf~##Solution-oriented, source of proposal,~crlf~##Good verbal and written communication skills,~crlf~##Good understanding of business fundamentals~crlf~##Team player, commitment and cooperation, ~crlf~##Demonstrable experience in interacting with Customers, Board / Senior Management~crlf~##Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint ~crlf~##Knowledge or experience in Auditing IT Governance is a plus~crlf~
