The Key Account Management team is part of the Global Sales board area of Allianz Automotive (Az Auto) and is responsible to protect, grow, and shape the automotive business with our OEM and Mobility Partners as well as our Allianz operating entities (Az OEs) and Allianz Partners business units (AzP BUs). ~crlf~Its main tasks are to develop the account master plan in line with the Global strategy, drive annual strategic account planning, win new strategic partnerships, identify new business opportunities with existing partners, drive (multi-market) tenders, and act as general partner and interface to our clients and local Allianz OEs and Allianz Partners BUs. ~crlf~ ~crlf~We closely work together with the Global Business Development team and all relevant counterparts in other departments of Allianz Automotive, Allianz Partners, and Allianz Business Divisions and Allianz Group overall.~crlf~For our Sales Team we are looking for an highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager Automotive (m/f/d)

##Defining Automotive strategy and actions for and together with Allianz OEs and AzP BUs ~crlf~##Steering the Allianz OEs and AzP BUs in terms of growth and profitability for all Automotive Business~crlf~##Ensure that planned volume and profitability targets are reached~crlf~##Develop market leading business concepts/models/expertise for all lines of automotive insurance business in B2B2C and B2C across all sales channels (dealer, agent, call center and internet) and geographies that support the strategic development of Allianz Automotive, AzP and ultimately AZ Group~crlf~##Develop and establish innovative and market leading business models (e.g. cooperation models such as JVs, broker/agent partnerships etc.), client management processes and product/distribution concepts~crlf~##Analyze and interpret standard reports as well as business and market developments; derive relevant actions and facilitate actions across a complex landscape of functions and geographies~crlf~##Serving as interface and general partner for the Allianz OEs / AzP BUs on all topics related to Allianz Automotive~crlf~##Ensuring know-how transfer from the center but also between Allianz entities within and outside the respective region~crlf~

##At least 3-5 years consulting, insurance, and / or automotive professional experience~crlf~##Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or similar studies – ideally in an international context~crlf~##Excellent English (written and spoken), other languages desirable~crlf~##Excellent proficiency in MS Office is a must (in particular PowerPoint and Excel)~crlf~##Excellent project management skills and experience in complex multi-stakeholder settings~crlf~##Excellent communication, teamwork, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills~crlf~##Detailed knowledge of the European automotive and insurance markets as a plus~crlf~##Solution selling methodology and approach~crlf~##Strong result orientation, self-standing drive and entrepreneurial mindset~crlf~##Dedication to highest quality standards and willingness to speak up and challenge~crlf~##Intercultural sensitivity and international (work or academic) experience~crlf~##Willingness to make regular business trips, especially to European countries~crlf~
