RSA Global Operations Manager (m/f)
Within Group Operations, Global Design & Architecture team aims at increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes. It also strives to develop Customer centricity by steering best practices sharing programs (creating a community within the group, identifying and implementing Best Practices locally, and harmonizing processes & platform organization). Last but not least, it is responsible for the design and set-up of Operations for innovations and global products and fosters the digitalization of core processes by supporting the launch of digital products, defining blueprints and ensuring replication across Lines of Business and Business Units.~crlf~ ~crlf~Reporting to the Head of Global Operations Design & Architecture, we are looking for an Roadside Assistance Global Operations Manager to drive transformation and harmonization of the RSA operations. This role will include an active business ownership role in various transformation and digitalization activities, full lead on global processes design and Target Operating Model in RSA Line of Business and the steering of relevant run activities. ~crlf~ ~crlf~He or she will work closely with Operations Support areas (Quality Management, Innovation, Workforce Management) , with the Operations Managers of other LoB, as well as other various other operational functions (Digital, Provider Network Management), and departments involved in the delivery of services (relevant areas within the Business Units and in Headquarters, such as Organizational Management, IT, Direct & Digital, Underwriting and others).
Drive development and implementation of transformation program (GBM, Simplicity) for RSA ~crlf~ ~crlf~##Act as business owner in the RSA ecosystem cooperating with OM, Sales, IT and representing operations;~crlf~##Development of archetypes, Target Operating Model & Processes for RSA driving the harmonization across the different Bus covering end to end process;~crlf~##Lead the operational review and prioritization of requirements (Key enhancement) defining user histories as part of the methodology Agile;~crlf~##Refine, review, approve and prioritize gaps identified during the localization and integration step for further development in the global platform;~crlf~##Lead digitalization and automation initiative in global level, tracking and steering in local level focusing on customer satisfaction and productivity improvement (such as Automatic Dispatch, Self Invoicing, Webapp, Digital RSA, etc) ~crlf~##Steer and support the roll-out in Business Units and ensure optimal BU adherence to global standards.~crlf~##Report to board (Global and local CEOs) development of Bus in GBM in regular IT steerco, representing operations;~crlf~ ~crlf~Drive development and implementation of transformation program (GBM) in cross lob responsibilities ~crlf~ ~crlf~##Act as Business owner of OneBi global project – responsible for harmonization, KPi definition, prioritization and support of implementation of unified bi tool being interface between BU and global project in the different lines of business ~crlf~##Act as Business owner of Provider Platform (Interface between providers and company), responsible for requirements definition, user stories, enhancements prioritization, working in Agile methodology (tool in global implementation process) ~crlf~##Support WFM and CCI initiatives (interface with HR system and telephone system), responsible for requirements definition, user stories, enhancements prioritization and implementation support; ~crlf~##Lead flying squad project – focus to provide support for Bus on preparation for GBM implementation by on the ground assessment, action plan definition, action and results tracking, with regular feedback to Allianz Partners board members~crlf~ ~crlf~Drive and support performance & efficiency of Operations through best practice development, implementation & on the ground BU support~crlf~ ~crlf~##Support Business Units operations across countries to improve process and efficiency through local and global projects, sharing of best practices, process optimization and digitalization;~crlf~##Support and steer the implementation of Target operation model of RSA line of Business, improving efficiency through the implementation of best practices in all the 27-business unities via on the ground workshop/assessment and action plan definition~crlf~##Provide on the ground support and steering of action plan with focus on processes optimization, external cost reduction, fraud reduction and customer satisfaction in different countries;~crlf~##Define, drive and coordinate repair on spot project as key initiative to improve the competitiveness in the RSA business including steering with BUS, definition of global project, requirements for development in GBM;~crlf~##On the cost competitiveness project act as leader of the internal cost initiative and co leader for the external cost initiative, supporting the company to identify potential optimizations on cost and increase competitiveness on RSA business~crlf~##Define and drive the implementation of Leakage and Fraud methodology across the Bus as strategy action to optimize cost;~crlf~##As global expert, support Sales on operational issues with the definition, tracking of action plan with RCOO and COOs for selected Bus representing global office on meetings with global clients (FCA, Volvo, BMW) and work on the ground when necessary;~crlf~##As global expert, support Sales on tender process preparing material, answers, validating KPIs and targets and face to face meetings representing the company. Extended support in all steps of tender process, challenging and validating the business unity assumptions for the pricing;~crlf~##Support to define WFM methodology, process and harmonize KPIs focusing on the increase of know-how in the group~crlf~##As WFM expert support business unities via assessments, action pan definition, training and on the ground support to improve productivity and supporting the achievement of contractual KPIs.~crlf~##Cooperate closely with others HQ departments such as Operations (Networks, purchase, platforms, etc.), Global Accounts, Allianz services, Group IT, Finance, etc in specific short and long term projects~crlf~
##Prior project management work experience preferably with consultancy or operations background ~crlf~##Proven experience/results with digital solutions and application to operational processes ~crlf~##Proven operational experience in driving organizational change in an international environment ~crlf~##Good knowledge on Workforce Management activities~crlf~##Ability to work in a matrix mode with different functions (Sales, Market Management, Organizational Management, etc.)~crlf~##Solid analytical and data-driven problem solving skills~crlf~##Multi-cultural and unbiased way of thinking~crlf~##Ability to produce high quality deliverables, attention to detail~crlf~##Strong interpersonal skills, able to foster relationships with peers and other functional teams~crlf~##Comfortable in a changing environment, where ability to react and handle short-notice requests is expected~crlf~##Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills required~crlf~##Fluency in English required, German/ French a plus~crlf~
