The department Organizational Management is in charge of driving global IT projects across all lines of business of Allianz Partners. They act as the main interface between Business Units globally and Allianz Technology, dedicated to provide IT standard services. ~crlf~ ~crlf~Based in the headquarters of Paris and Munich, the team is responsible for the prioritization of back-office investments and fostering harmonization of processes, through the implementation of the group target platforms. In this perspective, the team needs to ensure a certain balance between simplifications / standardization of tools & processes and specific local business needs. Through these activities, the Team contributes to answer current corporate challenges: IT cost efficiency, innovation, optimization of time to market, etc.~crlf~ ~crlf~Ultimately, the Project Manager orchestrates the design and the implementation of the solution. He/she ensures it answers the needs and specificities of its client (internal or external) while maintaining a high level of harmonization and consistency throughout the Group from the Initialization of the project until the Decommissioning phase.

As Project Manager, you are in charge of the following responsibilities:~crlf~ ~crlf~1) Support overall scope & Planning (Built & Decom):~crlf~##Support the definition of the target solution in close relation with the local Business Units and the central Lines of Business, as well as with Allianz Technology. ~crlf~##Consolidate, challenge and harmonize local business needs as well as those from global clients. Then ensure approved requirements are prioritized according to the plan.~crlf~##Collaborate with the training team to ensure an understanding of the solution designed.~crlf~##Follow-up on developments, tests and support Business Units’ migration as well as client onboarding.~crlf~##Drive with central and local Stakeholders the analysis of remaining legacy applications in order to increase the scope of applications to be decommissioned. ~crlf~##Define necessary actions to increase/ anticipate savings and mitigate any delay or risks in regards of the delivery and ramp-up to the target platform. Accountable for the Decommissioning savings defined as yearly target.~crlf~##Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to Management and Stakeholders.~crlf~##Accountable for the Project form an end to end perspective. ~crlf~ ~crlf~2) Pilot Project while collaborating with internal and external stakeholder:~crlf~##Act as Project Manager while constantly track & report on the progress in term of Scope, Planning & Cost. ~crlf~##Facilitate local and central Stakeholders in their activities in order to ensure the understanding of all project streams as well as clear roles & responsibilities. ~crlf~##Support Business Units acting as a SPOC interfacing with the central Teams & Aztec.~crlf~##Facilitate workshops when needed to facilitate interactions between local & central functions on specific topics.~crlf~ ~crlf~3) Contribute to OM organization, structure and strategy:~crlf~##Manage cross-divisional relationships across reporting lines : LoBs, Country Managers, BUs, Decommissioning Teams, AzTec, other departments.~crlf~##Identify & submit for proposal improvements throughout the organization and its processes and document lessons learned. ~crlf~##Participate to the definition of ways of working within the ACM Governance which is based on a strong matrix organization using Agile methodology. ~crlf~##Join to the life of the team! Department initiatives (AES follow-up, etc.), new joiners onboarding, etc.~crlf~

##4-7 years of experience in Project Management ~crlf~##Strong expertise of Program Management within IT & Business areas ~crlf~##Work experience in Agile environment & cross-functional matrix organization~crlf~##PMP Certification is a plus~crlf~##Fluent in English is a must~crlf~##Strong interpersonal skills, able to foster relationships with peers and other functions ~crlf~##Values diversity & comfortable working in a complex multicultural environment~crlf~##Willingness to travel abroad for short period on request~crlf~
